Hired two ladies for 2.5 hours PLUS added on the fridge and oven cleaning to ensure they were done. Total cost of $275. Price was good. Ladies finished early as I assumed they would. I went by the house and did a quick walk through and everything looked and smelled great. Gave a 5 star rating (that I can't find anywhere to adjust). The rental company took a week before they went out to finish their review. Sent me a message that the baseboards and floors had not been cleaned - they could see dog hair. Honestly, I thought it was impossible. Contacted ECS and they asked me to provide pictures. So I went to the house to check - 45 min drive by the way. Sure enough. Using a broom, I swept up a lot of dog hair and dirt. Maybe they just missed the floors as the last thing they do. Took pictures of the dust pan full of hair and dirt, and dirty baseboards and sent to them. Called the company and they said I only had a 24-48 hour window to adjust. Since I already paid, the window had expired and I gave a 5 star rating, they are done. Said it was my problem. What I learned: Find a better cleaning company than Elevated Cleaning Solutions. Never trust a company that won't stand behind their work. Regardless of the window, this was an empty house and no one had been it in since them. Quite obviously a mistake they could have solved quickly. I have since cleaned the floors and baseboards myself. I will not be using this company ever again. Highly recommend you do the same.

She is very detail oriented and took extra time to ensure that our home was spotless. You get reminder texts when you schedule, when staff is on the way, and when the cleaning is complete. They do not list what services this applies however we assumed that sweeping, mopping, and dusting would be standard and a "deep clean" would involve more. We do have pets and wanted to make sure that we accounted for that. The person arrived and we left her on her own. Approximately 3.5 hours later we received a message that she had completed the work. We unfortunately paid before seeing the house and she left. Afterwards we went in to see that some rooms had not even been swept. None of the tables had been wiped down. Some of the windowsills had been wiped down but only a few. The kitchen was the most complete of the rooms and even there the large window had not been cleaned. This is the second time in my life I have hired a cleaning service so I am not incredibly familiar with the process but the previous time I paid half of this cost for a far more complete job. After I sent an internal review back to them I was contacted by the person who did the job who I have since learned is the owner and told that these were not items that had been specifically instructed and therefore were not done. She also attempted to tell me that she had been specifically instructed not to address certain items which was not the case.
