The 1st realtor came in with no preparation and no data to support his opinion of the home's value. He showed no enthusiasm for the home. We were disappointed. He suggested that we list the home at $ 1.7 mil. The 2nd group was slightly better, and they suggested we list the home at $ 1.9 mil.
