They were also comfortable using the tools we provided, like his prong collar, which honestly made me feel even more reassured that they know how to properly handle bigger, stronger dogs. We ended up booking and saw they had an amazing deal if we paid for a yearly membership, which helped give a discount to book the play room to have our 2 dogs stay in, along with a free walk for both of them (they typically potty outside and know not to potty inside). We booked the boarding for about 4 days and found out they partnered with a groomer! My dogs got the grooming and they LOVED It there. They really got comfortable playing with the other dogs and loved the owners. 10 out of 5 stars if I could!!! Our dogs were happy, smelled fantastic (thanks groomers!), and weren't even that excited to see us when we came to pick them up (which I was a bit sad, but extremely happy because that meant they really enjoyed their stay!). Our Husky tends to be very wary of new people and Jay was able to get him nice and calm, which says a lot about Jay as a person. Our Husky came back bright white (we went rugged camping) , fully dried, de-shedded, paw fur trimmed and nails nicely trimmed and smelling so good. We've been told in the past he's hard to blow dry and trim because he's scared. Jay made it possible. Will definitely be bringing our boy back here!!

I've entrusted her with my senior heart dog, who hates getting her nails done (and also loves getting dirty). What is most remarkable is the amount of time Addiline takes with each and every dog to make sure they're comfortable. This is IMPERATIVE for training and exposure purposes. This ensures a groom doesn't instill fear (beyond the common anxieties), and is something that cannot be easily achieved by large commercial groomers or crowded shops. This requires patience, empathy, and deep understanding of her work and the dogs she is handling. After trusting her with Posie, I reached out to BATM to help with an abandoned and abused dog I had found a few days earlier. Addiline worked her magic on this neglected pup. She was very dirty and we had no clue her background with grooming (likely very limited if any). She took it slow and adjusted to meet Scarlett where she was at. She also did great with my excitable boy, Zuko. I will forever be a client! Addiline is such a wonderful source of information, I learn something from her each time we chat. She is such a ray of loving sunshine, and all the doggies can sense that Mobile grooming is of course pricier than Petco or a standalone shop, but I find BATM's prices very reasonable for mobile grooming. Regarding the dog/cat services we rely upon, the peace-of-mind and security afforded to myself and my family is well worth whatever fees Happy Paws needs to continue running. I had a dog that was terminally ill and it always broke my heart to leave for work, but I knew he was in good hands until the end when he finally crossed the rainbow bridge.
