They are not at all agile in neither customer service nor accommodating needs of the disabled. I do not drive due to my injuries. My Uber was late and I tried to call at 4pm regarding a 4:20 appointment, but it took 10 or more minutes to reach a human. I had to coonect to the billing depot before I was able to speak to a person who xoonected me to bellmore. By the time I got a person I was nearly there when I was told I would not be seen today. I arrived, first time there, and their street facing door is actually their back door, with a sign that said please knock loudly. I knocked, soneone came, open the door and asked what I wanted. I said to come in. He said you have to go to the front which is actually the back. Here I am barely able to walk and this idiot wants me to walk around the building rather than accommodate me and let me in. The director was not available. I believe this business is too busy to care about being customer friendly and accommodating, and too big to be agile and adjustable. I was asked I'd I wanted to reschedule and I replied absolutely Not. I will not do business with such an establishment which is probably an indication of the level of treatment I would receive.

For…read morecontext, it was important that his practice had someone who could help both my TMJ and Plantar Fasciitis. I called prior to making the appointment and spoke directly to the Dr who helped me to make a same day appointment. I arrived about 10 mins early, filled out some forms and was seen right after. The Dr did a consult with my where he collected history about my conditions and then developed a plan of care. The facility is clean and each area is sectioned off with a curtain. First he worked on my face, manually massaging it and stressing knots that I had in the tissues to release tension and inflammation. Next, he addressed my feet applying the stem treatment for 15 mins and then doing a manual massage. This was painful but was affirming. I made appointments for future visits and was out of there. Two cisits later, I'm so glad I found him.

I had physical therapy at this facility for 2 months. Within 1 month after I started, my physical…read moretherapist went out on leave, after which I was not immediately assigned to a new therapist. Instead, I had a different therapist each time I went for about 1-2 weeks, during which I spent most of the time in the sessions wondering who was working with me. On one of those days, the therapist who started a session with me went home before my session was done without saying he had reached the end of his shift. The massage portion of the sessions always seemed to be an issue. Most times I did not receive a massage unless I asked, however, there was always a charge for a massage on the billing statements. Also, on one occasion after I asked about the fact that I was not receiving massages, I was given a massage with a massage gun apparently at its highest setting. Despite being in obvious pain from the intensity of the massage gun, the therapist did not make any adjustment. A family member accompanied me and noticed that I was uncomfortable and also found it odd that the therapist was not observing my response; this seemed intentional. Also, most of the exercises during the sessions were done on my own and can be done at home.

In a lot of places for physical therapy they just give you exercises but the therapists at Omni do great help working their hands on you. They feel the tight muscles and understand the human body on how the muscles interact. The office help is also wonderful to work with. I have had excellent results at Omni and that is why I'll always go back to them as needed.
