But safety lacked a lot when it came to BB weight and rechrono. There was clearly a guy using a Black TM Hi Capa with overweight BBs and higher FPS I know this because none of the other shots from any other players gave me any bleeding injuries other than that one guy and another HPA guy. For the HPA guy, it's clear that he turned up his FPS after some time since he also gave me bleeders. There were also some people shooting through and running through the Red Dead Zone and the ref didn't even catch that until I pointed it out. There should really be 2 refs on the field at one time. It feels like BB weight should be pointed out on the websites rules and stricter regulations should be taken against tinkering with your gun after getting chrono, especially for HPA systems. EDIT response to owner: Some places will zip tie the valve/adjustment knobs such that players wouldn't be able to adjust the pressure of the HPA after chrono. The player in question was using a pistol that looked very similar to a paintball gun, except without the feeding tray on top. The gun had an HPA tank attached to the bottom and could be used like a stock. As mentioned in the main part of my review, my and my friends only ever had bruises that bled when shot by this one HPA player and the player with the Hi Capa.

So, we would come back every month with our boys. Anyways, since she has been gone this business has been hiring "family" and/or "friend" to do some part-time work. I have nothing against it, but they're terrible at customer service. The guy that was working on the afternoon of 11/13 was (no better word for it) a complete jackarse. My husband addressed him because the air soft gun that my 10 year old was using seemed to be malfunctioning and he had hit the same target in the middle multiple times. The target wouldn't budge. So, he addressed your staff to just come over and check it out. He approached us and aggressively with a rude tone asked, "Wot's the problem?" We told him the issue and all we wanted was for him to take a look at the air soft gun to check if it was alright. Instead, he proceeded by taking the loaded air soft gun beside him and started shooting down all the targets. Then proceeded to rudely say, "You need to shoot the targets." Now I don't care if he wants to be rude to my husband and me thinking maybe we want some sort of freebie, but that's not that case. He made my 10 year old feel terrible with his rude attitude and instead of wanting to play another round; he wanted to go straight home. So yes, my husband told your staff that he didn't need to be an arsehole because my kid took it personally. I did send their Instagram a message, but the owner don't seem to care about one complaint. We came to this business often enough BECAUSE my children enjoy the fact that they can participate because you don't have an age limit. They have fun at the store and they could care less about the prizes. When they have employees like that who made one of my kids feel like he sucked and didn't know what he was doing; he really shut down his confidence when he is progressively gets better every time we go to the store. Unless my kids really, really want to go; I'm done doing business with this store.

I completely understand having cancellation policies, but there is a massive difference between having a policy and hiding behind it while refusing to show an ounce of flexibility, understanding, or basic customer service to someone who just spent nearly $500 with your business. The complete lack of care was honestly shocking. For the amount of money they charge, I expected to be dealing with a business that actually values its customers. But their attitude was essentially, "Too bad, that's the policy." No attempt whatsoever to find a reasonable solution. No compromise and no consideration for the amount of money we had spent. If you're considering booking a large group here, I would seriously think twice before handing them hundreds of dollars. It's a freaking PAINTBALLING PLACE. They literally robbed me. There are TONS of options out there with wonderful owners and managers.
