But safety lacked a lot when it came to BB weight and rechrono. There was clearly a guy using a Black TM Hi Capa with overweight BBs and higher FPS I know this because none of the other shots from any other players gave me any bleeding injuries other than that one guy and another HPA guy. For the HPA guy, it's clear that he turned up his FPS after some time since he also gave me bleeders. There were also some people shooting through and running through the Red Dead Zone and the ref didn't even catch that until I pointed it out. There should really be 2 refs on the field at one time. It feels like BB weight should be pointed out on the websites rules and stricter regulations should be taken against tinkering with your gun after getting chrono, especially for HPA systems. EDIT response to owner: Some places will zip tie the valve/adjustment knobs such that players wouldn't be able to adjust the pressure of the HPA after chrono. The player in question was using a pistol that looked very similar to a paintball gun, except without the feeding tray on top. The gun had an HPA tank attached to the bottom and could be used like a stock. As mentioned in the main part of my review, my and my friends only ever had bruises that bled when shot by this one HPA player and the player with the Hi Capa.

Anyway, their gym is at a very affordable price, and it's usually rather empty; and, that is something I love because it feels like I'm working out in a private gym. Another thing that I tried here was their archery. Shoutout to Jon who gave me the archery lessons and the basics of archery. My experience has been nothing but very pleasant from the services on the front desk to the gym and the archery as well!

The Bad: My very…read morefirst issue is between them and Groupon. They currently have a Groupon for a package of eight. Nowhere on there does it say you cannot use that for a party. It actually talks about parties and what's included in them. So I purchased it and then when I called to make the reservation, they said you cannot use the Groupon towards the party or for a party. So now I'm out that money and trying to get it back from Groupon. When you pull up, you will see that the entire property is run down; crumbling structures, broken structures and nails sticking out of wooden planks and beams, and dilapidated old electrical cable spools sitting on the ground that have been there for I don't know how long. It also appears that most of the nets are ripped as well. One of the main access points to the field is actually a huge tear they just walk through. We came for a party and filled out all waivers beforehand, but they weren't even checked or verified. I had 8 kids with me that were not mine, and no one thought to check us in one by one. I called days prior to arriving and asked if we should be there early for any reason and was told no because there was only 1 seating area for parties and there was a 9-1 party and a 1 -5 party so there would be no time for set up, but I could decorate or hang banners and decorate at 1 (I had the 1-5 party) once the party started at 1. We got there on time like requested and it was a chaotic mess. Our table was not set up, we did not have enough guns for our reserved party 11, 4 of 10 masks were broken, we had no canopy and when we asked for one, they only had a broken one that my husband had to help put up. Meanwhile there was another party there who had a canopy and all of their equipment complete and nicely lined up and I was told that was because they were an hour early. If you've never been to Santa Paula or Stryker, it is HOT out there. That being said, there are minimal canopies available that work or are not broken. We asked if they had an extra one and we would even pay to rent and they said they only had a broken one we can try and use. The worker and my husband did their best to put it up and we tried to make due but it just wasn't cutting it. Oh, and we found one later laying up against a fence that wasn't being used and looked perfectly fine! They have built in ones made of beams and sheet metal (work pretty decent for shade and protection). There are not enough to cover each picnic table or sitting area. When a "9-1" party vacated this are at 2 PM, we moved our party over there to the shaded area. After we sat down and moved our stuff, one of the staff asked us to move because it was Airsoft parties only (literally all tables are in the same 50 square foot space). I asked how many tables they needed, and the worker said IDK maybe 3 (there were 4). I said OK well I need 2 and I am not sitting in the sun with a broken canopy when I paid just as much as the other party and also had reservations just like they did and sat down at these tables first. I ended up getting to use 2 of the 4 tables and none of the other party ever used the other 4 tables. It was really a strange interaction. They only managed to round up 10 of 11 sets of gear so my husband didn't get to officially play until the last hour. Once the guns and helmets arrived, they asked where our paintballs were (I pre-purchased online from Stryker). We then had to wait for those as well. After an hour, my kids finally got on the field. The Good: While the staff was inefficient, they were very nice and polite. I think they really needed more staff and some guidance on site. Their boss was off site for the day for personal reasons. I can at least speak for Maddie and Xavier being calm and kind because I know running into every possible issue with my party had to be stressing them out. You can order Amecis pizza through them. They will order it and get it to you by a certain time. Make sure you have your own plates, toppings, ranch, etc though! However, this is a nice option to not have to worry about lunch. After all of these issues I did call and speak to the owner and he was understanding and apologetic and kind. He didn't try to make any excuses but he did let me know he was not on site that day for personal reasons and that made the difference and he would make some changes going forward and offered to try and make it right for me in whatever way he could. If everything had gone accordingly, I would say that the prices are fair, even though the facility is run down, it has a large playing area, and there are lots of things to do and the referees do seem to enjoy their jobs for the most part. In the end, the most important part, is MY SON HAD FUN. He wants to go back. I might be crazy because I would never throw a party here again, but I would probably allow my son to go back.

At one point, I caught the manager yelling at my kids in front of a group of other customers, demanding to know why they had left their equipment on the counter by the desk. First of all, no one was even at the equipment desk when they went to return it. More importantly, we were never given any instructions about the proper equipment drop-off procedure. When I addressed this with the manager, he told me that someone "should have" given us instructions. Well, no one did. The young referee was apparently expected to referee the games AND handle the equipment desk at the same time. That alone shows how poorly organized and understaffed this place was. There was also another incident that really bothered me. At one point, staff approached my kids and asked if THEY were the ones who had vomited on the field. From what we observed, they did not go around asking the other players--they specifically approached my kids and seemingly assumed it was someone from our group. I found that incredibly inappropriate and embarrassing for them. What bothered me most was the way the manager chose to handle everything. If there was a misunderstanding about where the equipment should be returned, he could have simply explained it to the kids respectfully. There was absolutely no reason for a grown adult--especially a manager--to yell at children and embarrass them in front of other people over a procedure that his own staff failed to explain in the first place. I spent a lot of money bringing a group of kids here to celebrate my son's birthday, and I expected, at the very least, basic organization and respectful customer service. Instead, we dealt with inadequate staffing, poor communication, my kids being unnecessarily singled out, and an unnecessarily rude and unprofessional manager. For a business that regularly hosts kids, groups, and birthday parties, I expected much better. Spending that kind of money only to have my kids singled out and publicly yelled at over the business's own lack of communication was completely unacceptable. We will absolutely not be returning, and based on our experience, I would not recommend this place for a birthday celebration. Addendum in response to your lies: Of course you would lie. No accountability on your part. My kids and their friends were not breaking any rules. If they were indeed breaking rules, for 3 hrs your staff did not address this with me? Strange. Only because it didn't happen. My kids and their group of friends are the most kindest, honest, and respectful children. Can't say the same about you, your staff, and your organization.

You can tell he has a lot of experience. The girl was down to earth. Super cool. You can tell she been in customer service for a while. And the son, was well, the son.
