The charge was not high, but the quality of work was very poor. My wife gave specific instructions on exactly what she wanted for each dog. This included showing a picture of one of the dogs fully groomed so that they would have an idea of what he needed to look like when finished. When she went to pick them up she found that both dogs were not done the way she had given instructions they needed to be done. One of our dogs had his back end shaved to where he look more like a baboon than a dog. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place to anyone. In fact, I took one of my cats to a different place that had just opened, because it was a little closer to my house. BIG MISTAKE! The other place left my cat's coat uneven and did not even shave his stomach or underarms. This may not sound like a big deal, but when you have Persians, they can matte quickly in these places. I never have been back to the other place. I called Angel Paws and they fixed the disaster of a hair cut the other place had done. Angel Paws has never had or requested my cats to be sedated, when they were grooming them. My babies also always come back smelling so good. Cats take someone to be patient with them, as they can be a bit feisty and moody at times. They are the only place in town I will allow to touch my cats!
