    Currently looking for a new Range and actually saw one that I liked.... however it was turquoise.... not sure if that's a good thing or not. Currently really considering about buying this for myself as a CHRISTMAS GIFT, but I may need to speak with my financial advisor prior to signing on the dotted line! Either way, everyone was super helpful and if I do decide to buy, it will be from this dealership! #PrayForMe

    As much as I hate the process of buying a car, John Wahba made it much more pleasant. I handled my own financing so it took a little longer but John and Pete did the majority of the leg work.(HUGE HELP!) John was knowledgeable and explained all of the bells and whistles and got me on the road in no time. I love my new Jaguar!

    I would give them 0 stars if I could. I went online last night and found just the used Cadillac x4…read morethat I was looking for. I confirmed with the online rep and made an appointment for 2:00 today. I made a formal offer on the car and my trade in and they accepted. I went today to test drive and write them a check for the difference. When I arrived I was told that the car had been sold. Another customer has come in on the 31st and they were only waiting for a new key to be made. They are going to pick it up tomorrow. I was shocked as I thought the deal was done. After the salesman could offer me no explanation as to why it happened. The sales manager got involved. His response was that "it happens" made me even more disturbed. They offered me nothing and did not even try to sell me another car. They couldn't wait to get me out of there. I will never set foot in a Leith property again. Very unprofessional.

    Updated: 06 July 2021…read more I spoke with Rusty Carter who's been the service provider for 18yrs at this location. We both agreed that it was truly a miscommunication and a few honest mistakes were made. He did find an issue with one of the spark plugs that was used and replaced all the spark plugs and even reimbursed me for the valve gasket cover. I didn't expect to get reimbursed for anything, but I think it goes to show that they are willing to own up to honest mistakes and take accountability. None of use are perfect, and I am just so relieved the the repair saga seems to be over! I did have a few maintenance services performed on my car at once. One of those services was changing my spark plugs. I got my spark plugs changed and I've been having misfires ever since. I took the car back because I got a check engine light the day after my service. They said I needed a new gasket valve cover and a catalytic converter. They told me they wouldn't have to touch the valve gasket cover in order to change the spark plugs. So I got it fixed. Within a week the check engine light came right back on. I tried to make an appointment and the service provider said I would need to have fixed the catalytic converter first before I brought it in or else he would just tell me the same thing. I go to get the catalytic converter fixed and they said there isn't anything wrong with my catalytic converter and that I have another misfire code. This was the situation that prompted the original 1 star and outrage, but it has since been resolved.

Really enjoyed my purchasing experience, and now I'm bummed that the incredible customer service seems to fall flat once you've actually purchased the car. 100% a bait and switch situation with the care / customer service. Would go somewhere else if I had the choice now.

    Ed at the High House Road O'Reilly Auto Parts truly came to the rescue!…read moreI initially stopped in because the tail lights on my husband's car wouldn't turn off after parking and removing the key. Ed quickly diagnosed the issue and found the exact grommet I needed--problem solved, or so I thought. When I went to leave, my own car wouldn't start. Jumping the battery didn't work, and Ed suggested it might be a faulty starter (which turned out to be exactly right). At that point I was pretty frazzled with two cars out of commission, but Ed stayed calm, kind, and incredibly helpful. He let me leave my car overnight and even suggested options for getting home. Thanks to him, I was able to Uber home, fix my husband's car, and deal with my own car the next day (which was indeed diagnosed with a bad starter). Ed's knowledge, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond made a stressful situation so much easier. Exceptional customer service!

After a kind couple's attempt to jump the car didn't work, we were feeling pretty stuck--until we realized we were literally across the street from an O'Reilly Auto Parts. I called the store, and that's when Ed became our hero of the night. Without hesitation, he walked across the street with a jumper and got our car running again. And he didn't stop there! We headed over to the shop, bought a new battery, and Ed even installed it for us right then and there. Ed was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind--exactly the kind of person you hope to run into when your car dies and you're stuck with your plans derailed. I can't thank him enough. He turned a stressful night into a reminder that good people still exist. If you ever need car help in Cary, O'Reilly's is the place to go--and Ed is the guy you want helping you out. Absolute legend!
