Within less than 24 hours of owning the vehicle, the battery and alternator failed. To their credit, Belmonte did repair those issues at no cost. However, about a week later the check engine light came on. The code showed an issue with the catalytic converter. When I contacted the dealership, I was basically told "the best I can do is send you to my guy to fix it." We took it to another shop first, where they confirmed the catalytic converter issue and attempted a flush, but the problem continued. We then took the vehicle to Nissan for a full inspection, and the findings were shocking. The car needs: * Catalytic converter replacement * Transmission-related repairs/code * Front arm bar/suspension repairs * Oil leak repairs * Multiple additional maintenance items The estimate was around $9,000 in repairs. I contacted Belmonte again, provided documentation and even a video from Nissan, and was again told they sold us a "good car." I understand used cars are sold as-is, but selling a vehicle with this many major mechanical issues is extremely disappointing, specially coming from a family owned company. We trusted this dealership and do not feel the vehicle was properly inspected or honestly represented before the sale. Buyers beware: please have any vehicle from this dealership independently inspected BEFORE purchasing

    I do not recommend using their service shop. We bought our car there with the add-on service…read morepackage. Of the 3 of my last 5 visits, we've had to wait 2+ hours for SCHEDULED SERVICE. My most recent visit, I made the appointment for tire rotation and fluid change. I booked the appointment (indicating I would wait at the dealership while the service is completed) online through the Toyota app 2 weeks ago. The day before the appointment, I received notification about my upcoming appointment, in the form of an automated phone call, email, and text. Today, I show up at 8:45 for a 9:00 appointment. The gentleman who checked in just before me was unscheduled maintenance repair. Needless to say, he was able to get his repair done and left maybe 30 to 40 minutes later. When I showed up, I was greeted by customer service representative (CSR) who let me know they were backed up 2 hours (I would recommend the service shop start calling clients morning of and advising the client there is a wait of 2 hours. I drive 45 minutes to get there only to find out about the 2 hours wait even though I have an appointment. This would have given me the option to reschedule the appointment for another day). I informed the CSR I would wait inside while the service was complete. 2 1/2 hours later, I decided to walk around the dealership. I saw my car outside the bay with 4 vehicles ahead of it. I went back in and asked the CSR for my vehicle. He advised me it was being worked on. I informed him that it wasn't even in the bay yet. The CSR retrieved my car. I understand things in life happen, but to have it happen with the amount of frequency at the same business and to which I paid money up front for is just unacceptable, not to mention the loss of my time, the cost of my gas (120 miles round trip) for a service I will now have done elsewhere. Leigh and likely Toyota has lost a customer today.

When I tried to schedule my first service, which is clearly stated as free in the Acura CPO Warranty Booklet, I was flatly refused. Even Acura Corporate admitted they have no way to enforce dealerships honoring what is promised (WHAT?!?) and suggested I try another dealer. Best advice ever. I called Leith Acura in Raleigh, and from the very first interaction, the experience was completely different. Amanda W, my Service Advisor, was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to walk through everything with me, answered my questions clearly, and made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. To top it off, Duncan M, the technician, sent me a video of him working on my car and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, something I had never experienced before and truly appreciated. After what I went through at Hendrick Acura, I was honestly considering selling the car just to be done with Acura altogether. Leith Acura completely restored my confidence. Thank you to Amanda, Duncan, and the entire Leith Acura team. Y'all are truly appreciated, and this is how customer service should be done.

    Last week I had to take my 2021 RDX in for a pretty extensive sunroof repair that was covered by…read morewarranty. Staff were fine about that part, but it was the other parts I have issues with. The loaner vehicle I received (a 2023, mind you) was not clean, with dirt all over the floor mats. If you have an in house "detailing department" I expect the car I get will actually be clean. Vacuum out your own vehicles. I got my vehicle back, which is still in pristine condition from when I bought it, and was taken aback at the dirty handprints all over the ceiling of my car (on the fabric). I went back in to tell/show them...I sent it back twice. Got home to discover dirt on my floor mats that should've been vacuumed up, along with muddy spots on the door jams. I'm horrified that I got my car back much much dirtier than when I took it in. Do better! This weekend I checked over it again (in better sunlight) to find dozens more dirty spots along with an area they didn't tuck in the ceiling padding all the way. I'm now having to take it back to get this fixed and cleaned up. I expect a lot more from a "luxury" car dealership. I won't be recommending Leith to others.

Recently, Vinny contacted me about a used car that he felt would be perfect for what I had been looking for for some time now. I was very hesitant at first to get involved in the car buying process while finances were tight and being that I live in another state, but Vinny calmed my nerves and reassured me this car was perfect for me. He got me all the information I wanted on the vehicle and more. Vinny, his manager, and his team were all extremely patient, kind, and worked very hard to get the right finance deal for me and even offered a great price for the trade in of my vehicle. At first I was concerned about when I would have the time to pick up the vehicle from Raleigh so Vinny even drove the vehicle out of the state to me personally. The staff at Leith Lincoln have made the car buying process both seamless and stress free. This is my third car in under a year from them. Every car has broken down within a matter of months. I would not recommend buying a new or used car from them. Beware they will scam you to get all the money they can get. And say it's nothing else they can do for you when something happens to the car. My experience has been horrible. The last car I got I financed. They did not let me pick or tell them what I wanted. They brought me a car and told me this was all they had for me. Now 3 months later that car is not working. Im so disappointed.

When we asked what they paid for the used car they refused to disclose that information... shortly after leaving the dealership the same day I pushed the button on my trunk to close it automatically, and the button fell inside the door... as if it had been placed there to look as if it worked... two weeks later, I noticed my trunk no longer opens automatically... when I inspected the cylinders it looked as if they had been sprayed with WD-40 so we wouldn't notice they were rusted and not sliding smoothly... all around, disappointed with the shadiness... would expect a lot more from a jaguar dealership... but it would appear they don't care about cheaper used cars "they don't make any money on... all their income comes from selling new Jaguars..." literally what he said when we tried to negotiate the price down to compensate for the issues we noticed there... (not including the all the problems we found later that were not disclosed to us) would highly recommend staying away from this place unless you're buying a brand new jaguar... even then I'm sure there are much better dealerships

I let the salesman know and told him I would take it to our local Ford service shop to see if they could diagnose the issue since we live an hour from the dealership. Took the vehicle to be diagnosed and find out that the entire transmission needs to be replaced to the tune of 10k!! Told the salesman what the diagnosis was and he was advised by management that I would be able to get my traded in vehicle back but would have to pay a $700 doc fee (which is ridiculous after one day but I agreed). Only to find out a few hours later that management (Tyler & Barry) are no longer going to stand by that statement. They now expect me to come in and start the process completely over and purchase my original vehicle back. This is beyond insane to me and shows just HOW LITTLE this dealership and management care about their integrity. To first sell a vehicle that needs a whole need transmission and then not keep their word on the first attempt to make it right to now doing absolutely nothing to correct this issue. I have 2 small children and am now driving around a vehicle that at any moment the transmission could blow up. It's clear they only care about a dollar and do not care at all about the customer experience or safety!! I am beyond shocked at this treatment and cannot say enough how disappointed I am in this service!!
