He sent two of his employees who spent a couple of hours trying to determine what was wrong. They left without fixing it, but said they would come back and work around the problem by installing a different GFCI outlet in the wall above where the bad one was and tie it into the service line of the wall sconce that existed. I didn't like that solution and since the company didn't plan to come back for a three weeks, I called Asidaco upon the recommendation of a friend. Asidaco tracked down the problem in less an hour, (It was a bad breaker in the breaker panel.) fixed it and several other potential hazards quickly. Great work! I know who I will call in the future.

What sets him apart from other technichans is that he'll try to see what's wrong and fix it. Vs. recommending you buy a whole new system. Our furnace was broken, and he tried to fix it first by seeing if the issue was with the capacitor. When that didn't work he found out it was the motor. Instead of getting a new motor for our system, which was pretty expensive, he instead suggested we replace the furnace. Only because the cost of a new one was a little bit more than the cost of an motor. Also, the furnace was almost 20 years old. Every time he's come over, he was exactly on time. When they finished repairing our lamp post, they discovered the black bar that slides into holes on the lamp post had gone missing. The lamp post is also not positioned correctly as the holes for the black bar are facing the street and should be perpendicular to the street/house. Philip promised several times to come out and replace the black bar and reposition the lamp post. It's been over 2 months now and we have left several voice mails. They have yet to return our calls :(
