They misdiagnosed a problem and ended up rerouting our water main when that was not the issue. When we called to let them know the problem still persisted, they just told us to wait and see if it would eventually clear up. Later we got them to come out again, and the estimator was exceptionally rude. He cut me off every time I tried to explain the problem. He told us we just needed a snake, even though I told him we've had that done many times and the problem must be bigger. I told him we needed to get the situation resolved, regardless if it was covered under warranty or not. He just said it would be a lot of work and wouldn't give us any options other than a basic snake. He said they would be in touch with us to set it up. No one called until much later when reception contacted us wondering what ended up happening. I guess the estimator never told them. We contacted Korrect plumbing instead and they have been great. They are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They gave us our options and got to work as soon as they could. Once they got into the floor, we ended up discovering even bigger problems than we first thought. They were able to adapt and develop solutions. They never complained about anything being too much work!

Service was scheduled at 9:00 AM, and Deon confirmed the appointment the day before, which I appreciated since many companies leave guessing till the last minute. Deon also let me know that they were on the way to our home, prior to the appointment time, which to me is a professional way of conducting business! On arrival I found Deon to be highly professional and friendly, asking if we wanted him to wear shoe covers, then went to our kitchen and listened to what we had done in the past, our problems and then gave us his professional advice up to the point of where he could. He did informed us that there could be a possible switch issue. He immediately went to work and in less than an hour informed us of our situation and his recommendation.
