We have asked for them to just replace the unit, they won't. Now there are parts ordered, 1 part arrived to my mom's house. When I called to tell them, I was hung up on and told I was disrespectful for telling him I was baffled they did not have my mom's info. Allegedly, someone is coming out today to install the 1 part that has shown up, but no word on the 2nd part and when it will arrive so it still will not work. So here we are, 5 months and $1200 later, still no working water softener. I hired Honey Go Fix It to reseat a toilet. I chose them because of their 4.9 Google rating and promise of a free estimate. When the plumber arrived, I approved and signed an estimate on a small phone screen. I trusted what he was telling me and was not shown the actual dollar amount displayed clearly on the screen before signing. The technician completed the work in less than 20 minutes and then showed me a bill for $481.65. I was stunned. A wax ring costs about $10 and no other materials were needed. The price was astronomical for the work performed. The verbal quote was mumbled and unclear. When I saw $481.65 on the final bill, I genuinely thought there was a mistake. I declined to pay immediately and called the office to resolve it. Here's where it really went wrong. I spoke to Kassandra, the President of the company, to discuss the situation. Within the first two minutes, before I could even fully explain what happened, she threatened to file a lien on my house if I didn't pay immediately. I offered to pay $300 to resolve it amicably. That's still $900/hour for 20 minutes of work with a $10 part. Kassandra refused via email, claiming their responsibility is to "maintain fair and consistent pricing," while simultaneously admitting that they are "adding extra clarity steps during the estimate approval process to help prevent future misunderstandings." Consistent pricing? Maybe. Fair? Absolutely not. The owner acknowledged in writing that their current process causes confusion. Yet, she still demanded full payment and threatened our property rights. Being immediately threatened with a lien on our house for simply asking questions destroyed any chance of restoring trust in her company. I paid the invoice to avoid the hassle of a lien, but I'm leaving this review so others can protect themselves. If you use this company: 1. Get the total dollar amount in writing, on paper, in large readable text, before you sign anything. 2. Research what competing plumbers charge for the same work. 3. If you can't clearly see the price or feel rushed or pressured, do not sign. This company has lost my business and recommendation. I hope this review helps you make an informed choice.

Then during our encounter he admitted to Tiffany calling and letting him know about my online review today. He was condescending and tried to deny several spots of damage claiming our skirting was previously like that. I acknowledged some small holes from the lawn mower and other areas but showed him the specific spots where his employees worked and how they damaged it. He argued and would not provide a resolution and left stating I can write all the bad reviews I want. I have submitted a complaint with the BBB officially. We used this company to repair our mobile home plumbing. They came out and looked and stated they would need to return tomorrow with a heater to unthaw the main line before they can asses the actual damage. Mind you they charge $90 per visit regardless if they fix it or need to come back. They come back the next day and work on unthawing some lines then find out our water meter is cracked and that has to be fixed before they can do their job (The water meter is the responsibility of the mobile home park) This is another $90 plus they charge us $60 for the labor of unthawing the lines so $240.00 total so far and our plumbing isn't even fixed at that point. We call our front office and have their maintenance man come the next morning and they replace the water meter. Then this company comes back out and replaces what needs fixed and then bills us an additional $900 dollars and states they are giving us 10% off. We pay them in full only to realize they have tore up our skirting around the mobile home. I call Rick on Thursday 02/05 and explain this to him. He states he would need to speak to his guys and then call me back and it might not be until tomorrow (02/06/2026). It is now Tuesday 02/10/2026 and Rick has never called us. I will include photos of the skirting damage for reference. Do not use this company if you don't want property damage with zero acknowledgement and resolution.

Took 5 days and multiple broken promises of "I'll have it to you by today" just to get a quote that…read morecompletely ignored everything I was asking for. They were on site on Friday morning, I asked them specifically if they could install a specific Trane system that I wanted to purchase or if they could get me a better price on their system. I had the exact make/model/price of a unit that they could compare with. They promised me they would write it up both ways and have it to me by the end of the day. I give them all of Friday and Saturday with no response and message them Sunday and Monday to see what's going on and get promised by the end of today again. I was lied to again and had to message them again before they finally sent me a quote on Tuesday. It was only at this time that I was told that they couldn't install the unit I wanted and that their "competitively" priced equivalent unit was over 200% the cost of what I told them I was initially looking at. Their eventual quote for their Goodman system was also 20% more expensive than the carrier system that one of the most reviewed and reputable companies in Dayton/Springfield quoted me. I understand that installing third party systems is not common in the industry which is why it was the first thing I asked. It should not take 5 days of leading me on to tell me they can't do it.

Along with the text, a bio of the plumber arrived, with a photo. This was very helpful and greatly appreciated. Our plumber was Roody, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He arrived in the company's van with all parts available for what we needed. He checked out the problem and gave us two scenarios with two quotes. Fortunately, it was the easier fix and lesser fee. His service was quick, left the area clean. I highly recommend this plumbing service to all in the area.
