He gave me an appointment for the next day, Wednesday 7/30/25. He said the arrival window was from 8 a.m. till 3 p.m. He apologized for the long waiting time. I got up at 7 a.m. & cleared the area & driveway. At 3:20 they had not arrived & I had not received a call saying they were delayed. I called the office & Judy/Judith said they were still at another job & might be coming after that, if not she would reschedule my appointment. I told her NOT to reschedule, if I wanted to try again I would call back myself to do so. On Friday, 8/1/25 (today) at 8:30 a.m. Spotless Gutter showed up unsolicited & without me rescheduling an appointment with them. Needless to say my son sent them away. What kind of business is this?
