He gave me an appointment for the next day, Wednesday 7/30/25. He said the arrival window was from 8 a.m. till 3 p.m. He apologized for the long waiting time. I got up at 7 a.m. & cleared the area & driveway. At 3:20 they had not arrived & I had not received a call saying they were delayed. I called the office & Judy/Judith said they were still at another job & might be coming after that, if not she would reschedule my appointment. I told her NOT to reschedule, if I wanted to try again I would call back myself to do so. On Friday, 8/1/25 (today) at 8:30 a.m. Spotless Gutter showed up unsolicited & without me rescheduling an appointment with them. Needless to say my son sent them away. What kind of business is this? We decided to used Garden State Gutters to clean our gutters last year. No complaints. Couple of…read moremonths later we noticed our 1 gutter splashing out water - like a waterfall - during a heavy rain storm. We called them to replace it. The old one was just your "run of the mill" gutter and figured that is what they would replace it with. Very pleasantly surprised with the job they did (attaching a photo). What a difference! This year we decided to try out their Power-Washing- and again were very happy. The guys were here for a good 3 hours and worked the whole time. They cleaned the house, garage, and deck- as well as our front steps (cannot believe the difference- wish I had a before and after photo). Had the gutters cleaned at the same time - and since we had it done early (during March) they even did that for free. Needless to say--will be using them again.
