    Paneer Tikka Masala plate
    Marni M.

I was excited to see they have plates which include a bit of everything including naan, basamati rice, and a samosa along with your chosen protein. I got their Paneer Tikka Masala plate and was not disappointed. It's very fairly priced for the portion and quality. It came out in 10 min despite there being a good amount of business already. They also have a private dining space to the side so you can enjoy it specifically here. Loved this casual mom/pap shop and will certainly come again.

Food is very good. Got the thali so it was a good same of different items on the menu. All the items on the thali were very tasty, spiced just right to me. The nan was warm, soft and a bit chewy; great for dipping in the sauces. The lamb and chicken were both delicious and tender. I like that it was served with rice and Nan.

4/5 Finally had this sandwich after eyeballing this place for weeks lol. Stopped in during my walk and decided to try the smoked Gouda chicken sandwich. The flavors went together soooooo well, I absolutely loved it. Now there was a little too much cheese for my liking and this is coming from a cheese lover. I'd order again for sure but just ask for light cheese. The guava juice is also very tasty, but you don't get much for $4 so sip sparingly lol.

I ordered some food here with a friend while in Krog Street Market. I ordered the Butter chicken burger, Smoked gouda naanwich, and fries. The food came in a decent amount of time. They forgot to put my friends order in so we did have to wait awhile for her order though. There isn't really too much of an ambiance since it's in krog street market besides the energy the staff gives off which was nice and friendly. I really liked the fries they were nice and thick. I didn't really like the butter chicken burger that much the flavors were not what I was expecting it to be and in my opinion didn't mix too well together. I did really like the smoked Gouda naanwich and I would order that again. The prices are fair for the food proportions being its krog street market where everything is expensive. From what I tasted it's not like something to write home about but I would eat there again.

I had stopped in at Krog Street Market to grab a quick bite after walking along the beltline for quite some time. I am sucker for Indian food, so I immediately gravitated towards Jai Ho. I didn't want so many things to eat, more so just of a snack to share with the other people in my group. I saw the loaded chicken 65 fries on the menu, and immediately knew I HAD to get them. I ordered and waited about 10 minutes for them, but it was WORTH IT. They were so flavorful and hot! The chicken pieces were pretty decently sized, and there was a good bit of chicken as well. It had a little bit of a kick to it, but nothing too bad. The price for the fries were $14, so a little steep, but that's pretty common for a food market type of appetizer. It was worth the cost though. I'll definitely be back in the future and plan on getting these fries again plus a few other items.

    Vegan channa masala combo platter

Decided to try Jai Ho for our first time at Krog St Market. My partner and I ordered a mango lassi, pani poori, vegan channa masala, and smoked gouda chicken naanwich - TASTE: 4/5 - the mango lassi was sweet and refreshingly cold, and the pani poori was nice w the green chutneys on the side. My vegan channa masala was satisfyingly rich, and the gouda cheese was so tasty in the naanwich TEXTURE: 4/5 - the pani poori's fried wontons were ultra thin and crispy, and the vegetable samosa that came w my channa masala was fried well too. Loved the chicken and gooey gouda cheese pressed together in the naan, plus the perfect crisp of the accompanying chips PRICE: 4/5 - standard prices, and my vegan channa masala combo platter is a steal (includes channa masala, vegetable samosa, rice, and roti) SERVING SIZE: 4/5 - solid portions for lunch, though I thought that the pani poori could've been filled up more SERVICE: 4/5 - we ordered at the counter and waited ~10-15min for our food ATMOSPHERE: 3/5 - it's a small countertop space compared to the other vendor stalls at Krog St Market TAKEOUT: 4/5 - appreciate the ventilation holes in the takeout box for my channa masala! PARKING: 4/5 - we parked a short walk away on the first floor of the Ayla apartment complex's garage, and paid $4.75/hr via the ParkMobile app

Fried grouper sandwich, the best in the market

One of the best fried fish sandwiches. The crisp is insane and the size of this sandwich can easily feed two people. The top the sandwich with an Indian stlyle pico and french fries. I also love the vegetable samosas. If your Krog Street Market definitely check them out.

Since moving to Atlanta I have fallen in love with Indian food. After a pass through all of the vendors at Krog Street Market, I decided to give Jai Ho a try. I ordered the smoked gouda chicken naanwich. Sounded so good on the menu I couldn't resist. The flavor was really great. What I did not enjoy was the naanwich was very very wet from the sauce which made it hard to eat and enjoy. You are given a nice sized portion so it will fill you up.

Our entire group of 8 all ordered dinner at Jai Ho inside of Krog Market because of how delicious the meals looked and smelled. Many of us ordered the Chicken Tikki Masala and loved the flavors. The garlic naan was massive (I wish I took a picture before I ate it all). Another popular dish was the chicken curry and butter naan. It's a little pricey but worth every penny for the quality and quantity. Highly recommend if you enjoy eating Indian food!

Jai ho has an amazing set of dishes. I had the vegetable samosas and the chicken pot pie. The food was filling and full of incredible flavor. I can't wait to go back in the future.

TLDR: chicken tikka masala was delicious, chicken tender…read more I've gotten takeout from this place several times and always thought it was just good. But this past time I got takeout, the chicken tikka masala really blew me away. The flavor was very rich and well developed, without just a surface level flavor of tomato. Each bite of chicken was also very tender. To be fair I haven't had Indian food in a while and was really craving it but I was pleasantly surprised. Garlic naan could've been a bit more garlicky but was very good texturally, nice and chewy. The parking garage entrance is right next door (to the right of the restaurant) and you can get validated inside. If you're getting takeout, they text you a link you have to prepay through before they start preparing the food which is a bit annoying, but I get it.

The rice that came with the Rogan Josh could have been a slightly bigger portion for the money, same with the naan. It's bread and rice, afterall. Arrived on a Friday around 7 and ended up sitting at a high top table near the bar. Service wasn't great as a result but we weren't in a rush. Would've been nice to have sat more inside the restaurant instead of near the waiter station in the corner. They have outdoor seating as well, but that wasn't offered to us so I can't speak to how often they have service outside.

I got a mango lassi ($5.99), masala smashed potatoes ($6.99), and chicken tikka roll ($11.99). The food came out FAST. The mango lassi was sweet, creamy, and refreshing. And the potatoes and roll were DELICIOUS. They came out hot and fresh. The potatoes were super crispy and well-seasoned. It was served with this tasty sauce that had a bit of a kick and some sweetness. Every part of the chicken tikka roll was delicious. The chicken was flavorful & tender, the naan was warm & thick & tasty, the green chutney added a nice brightness, and the slaw added a fresh crunch. The roll was served with raita on the side. I absolutely devoured the food, and since I was so hungry, it tasted even better. There is self-serve complimentary water next to the takeout station.

The rest of my group had ordered from another restaurant, so I picked my order up from the counter space. The menu is a good length, sandwiches, salads, sides, sodas, and a couple alcoholic drink options. I had the smashed potatoes, the fish sandwich, and their raspberry/lime soda. Everything was fantastic, very flavorful, ingredients balanced. My niece had not wanted to order as she was unsure about whether she'd like the flavors, and she does not do spicy. She loved everything. The potatoes have a light kick of spice, I would put them in the flavorful category over spicy, Could not be happier with my food hall choice.

The food was delivered to our home less than five miles away. Upon delivery, several of the containers were still piping hot. Most everything was sealed securely in plastic containers packed in brown paper bags. Upon delivery, the containers had toppled over inside the bags - if one of them had popped open during the trip, it would have been a disaster. My favorite was the Saag Paneer. It's one of my favorite Indian dishes in general. Planet Bombay's version was rich, flavorful, and had its own distinct character. Everything else was tasty as well. There wasn't a single bad item or anything really to criticize. Perhaps we could've ordered more naan, but they packed plenty of white basmati rice for us -- 10 containers worth of rice alone. We'd order from here again.

It lacked the rich texture and flavor you would normally expect. The garlic naan, which cost $7.99, arrived cold, had very little garlic on it, and had an unpleasant smell. The most disappointing part was the butter chicken. We ordered two separate butter chicken meals, and each one contained only two pieces of chicken. Not two small portions, literally two pieces of chicken in each order. Because both orders were the same, it did not seem like an accident or an isolated mistake. I even recorded a video because I could not believe what I was seeing. For the price paid, the portions and quality were unacceptable. This was one of the most disappointing takeout experiences I've had in a long time. Oh and to top it off the food definitely gave me the bubble guts last night and this morning.

Now, let's talk about the food--WOW! Every dish was absolutely finger- and plate-licking good. The balance of spices and flavors was spot on. The star ingredient in each dish truly stood out, while the other spices and ingredients complemented it perfectly and elevated the entire dish. The mild goat also had a kick of heat but it was OK for me; in fact, this was my fav as the sauce was thick and flavorful, and the bone-in goat was super tender -- definitely had better quality than those sold in farmers market. Besides, the achar was quite salty, so salty that I could swallow it only with tons of rice. There are not many Indian restaurants in Midtown Atlanta. Compared to Tabla, another Indian restuarant only ~0.5mi walk from this one, the dishes in Blue india have a larger portion size, especially for their curry and biriyani.
