Avoid this place! Not only does the storefront look like some dingy third world dive (with only a…read moretwo-dollar banner tied to the eaves to identify it) but the director, Jamie McIntyre, is a liar and a cheat. My wife signed up for their CNA testing back in January. First McIntyre told my wife the wrong testing date and denied it. Then when my wife showed up at the testing facility on the changed date, after waiting there an hour with another student, McIntyre called my wife and said the testing site HAD BEEN MOVED! It is hard to fathom such incompetence. My wife arrived for the testing late and in a nervous state, and, no surprise, failed. What was McIntyre's response? She said she was "sorry". But it doesn't end there. McIntyre then proceeded to tell my wife she now would have to retrain in order to take the test again, when the Texas Nurse Aide Candidate Handbook clearly states that only after failing THREE times do you have to retrain. Take my word for it, and do not repeat our mistake: Express Training is the very definition of incompetence and mismanagement.
