The tactical/weapons training world has some pretty insufferable personalities but Mike and Branden, the two instructors, are easy to get along with and also very vigilant about keeping people safe and everything pointed in the right direction. They set a good tone for the atmosphere of the class which is very important when you're dealing with firearms training. I grew up shooting guns since around 8-9 years old but I still benefited enormously from training. Everyone picks up bad habits with all kinds of skills whether it's writing, driving, or weapons manipulation. If you own guns it is your responsibility, dare I say, "duty" to get some good training and get some new pathways going in your brain that will enable you to operate your weapon safely and effectively. Odds are you would never have to use your skills (or lack of) to defend yourself but if you do get training with a good outfit like Hex I promise you won't regret it because you'll have fun, feel more confident, and eliminate some of the silly, magical thinking that plagues so many gun owners. You can't go wrong.

After getting my CHL, I've taken a few other classes in the central Texas area to try and build my expertise, but my experience with Hex Tactical was so positive that I needed to get out here and recommend them. As a civilian who doesn't get their rocks off playing pretend soldier, I really appreciated the Hex Tactical approach. No yelling (unless it was required for the drill) - just a safe, positive, fun atmosphere that allowed me to really step up my level of expertise. I've done some work on my own with more experienced friends, but these classes got me shooting, reloading, and clearing malfunctions faster and more accurately than I thought possible for a civilian like me. I could go on and on, but suffice it to say that I highly recommend Hex Tactical. I've taken two classes so far, will definitely take more classes in the future, and will be recommending Hex Tactical to every friend of mine who owns a firearm.

They have a little of everything, but mostly what I could see it was items for home improvements. Cabinets, counters, sinks, toilets, tubs, bed frames, paint cans, kitchen tables, entertainment stands. Loathed with doors, window, flooring, wood and tile. There's a lot in this store. Didn't se that big from the outside. But it's big inside and they pack a lot in. I wasn't coming here with any expectations. I just wanted to poke around and see what they weee about.

When I called in to the store to tell them, Rob cut me off and told me that the table never had missing parts, just missing screws, and they don't do refunds. I didn't want a refund, nor did I ask for one. Rob was oddly smug & disrespectful yet works in customer service. I let him laugh in my face before asking for corporate's number. Not a hint of attitude or sass on my part. I assume he was overacting because he knew he was wrong. And I guess today, I'm a Karen. Calling corporate now. For anyone who needs that number, it's 512-478-2165. Will not shop here again, just because of that interaction. Not because of the initial honest mistake.
