He was very friendly, professional and also was not pushy at all. He was upfront with his policy and said we if paid in cash we would even save in taxes (which we did). Few days later, he got the mattress I wanted and called me... so we end up buying it and got it delivered same week. During delivery they even removed their shoes to take the mattress upstairs and that speaks about these guys being very professional. I am def referring a lot of my peeps here and will be buying from Sleep Kings going fwd. Yes, the mattress are brand new and great savings def. They use the type of fiber that bounces back after it's been laid on. Memory Foam, Gel and Organic are the fibers they work with. U.S products are used, not China products which are cheap. They customize their mattresses. They can be made firm or soft, with mixed fiber. Half firm and half soft and could be made into any shape. They also can make it with foam only. Custom made matresses will cost a little but more but they are worth it. They can also be made with a foaming case. Lay-Away Plans are accepted here. Prices start at $950 and up. Organic starts at 2500. If you want a custom made matresses just for you, this would be the place.

I stopped by and noticed the sales person was helping another customer and decided to use the bathroom to wait until he was done. As soon as I closed the bathroom door, the sales person barges in claiming the bathroom was closed due to plumbing issues, no sign the bathroom was closed..even though the door was open and the light was on. He started yelling at me stating you are not using the bathroom in front of a customer! He then proceeded to take pictures of my car as I was driving off! I felt like a victim . Do yourself a favor take your business elsewhere. I have never been treated like this! This why brick and mortar stores are losing business. Costco is great place to shop and treat their customers with respect!
