We don't take him anywhere because he is not fully vaccinated. We had to leave him for about an hour on their recommendation and after we took him home he now had flees! I made a very reasonable request, cover the difference from the heart worm medication I bought to the worm/flee medication and we'll call it a day, THEY SAID NO because they "already recommended it". I don't take him anywhere he doesn't get flees it's actually your fault he did and you do nothing?! this actually says more about the care you have for the animals people trust you with, what if he was close to a dog with rabies and you didnt pay attention just like you didn't with the flees. My dog would be dead. I made a very reasonable request and your clinics inability compensate for YOUR MISTAKE is absolutely disgusting. Joe has in 2 sessions helped me to understand how to best support her in changing and learning new behaviors. I have started to see massive changes in my dog! Before training with Joe she was lunging at family members, barking excessively, and lacking in confidence around new people and men. After our second session she is moving toward being off leash around new family members. She is doing a lot less barking. Responding to me when I correct her behavior. Not lunging at people. And she is growing in confidence daily as I work with her using Joe's techniques. Joe is always on time, and gives lots of information during each session. He's not pushy or salesy- trying to sell you more than you need. Joe gets to know you, your dog, your household, and your goals for your dog. He creates a plan specific to you and your goals for your dog and then gets you there in the fastest way possible. He's an excellent trainer!! Joe is very comfortable with dogs and their owners. I paid for six sessions @ $1200 with the verbal assurance if all sessions were not used, remaining sessions would be refunded. Had some concerns about her skills after the first session and by the second session had stronger concerns about her capabilities and her lack of professionalism. Asked her to leave within ten minutes of the third session after she completely melted down and was personally attacking. Took getting an attorney involved to get refunded the remaining unused sessions after multiple requests. She was consistently late, appeared stressed when she arrived and made personal and political comments that were inappropriate. She was also extremely aggressive with our dog, yanking him without explanation. She made his behavior much worse. Disappointing and unnerving to have someone so clearly off balance come into your home to train your dog and you're wondering how to get them to leave without a meltdown. Would absolutely not recommend.

George is the absolute BEST. Our dog Goose was never poorly trained, but we did have some concerns…read more We live in an apartment building and sometimes, out of excitement, Goose would run out of the door when we got home. We also have a dog that barks at other dogs to play, which can scare other families and dogs of course. George helped us learn techniques that involved treats, coin bottles (can't spoil all of his tricks), and just LOVE. Goose now responds to "wait", "back", "sit", "NO bark" and knows where home is and will lead us there when we say "let's go home". We only had four lessons with George but George is so great, he told us we could do tune-ups as well (shorter lessons just to make sure everything is in order). Why is george is the best?! He's a nice person, who cares about dogs like NO other. He even took our dog on a walk with us to show us tips and tricks to have Goose walk side by side instead of pulling on the leash as prior. It does require practice with your dog, that's not to say it doesn't, but it's very simple and honestly, we never expected Goose to be so trained so quickly! I highly highly recommend George!!!
