We tried 2 places before we found Dr Z at Anzer Animal Hospital. If I am being completely honest, I was getting increasingly worried that we wouldn't be able to find someone good to care for our boys- one of the places we tried was unclean and the vet was seeing patients using the surgery table as the exam room, and the other one was chaotic and I got the feeling the vet there didn't really care about animals. Enter Dr Z. I saw him recommended by someone in a Facebook group (who first went to one of the same vets we tried before and just like us wasn't happy), and we decided to give Anzer a try. I am really glad that we did! Everyone at Anzer genuinely cares about the well being of your pet, and Dr Z truly listens to your concerns and looks at the whole picture, making sure to treat your pet based on his or hers individual needs. I am so relieved that we finally found someone we can trust with the health of our pups!!!

We have now spent over two thousand dollars in emergency veterinary care and the situation has been stressful and heartbreaking. At no point were we informed of any kennel cough exposure at the facility. We had another stay booked at one hundred nine dollars per night for a weekend trip. Given that our dog is now sick and contagious, we simply requested a refund. The initial response was a flat refusal, even after everything we had been through. The lack of empathy was shocking. Only after pushing back did the manager call to say they would issue the refund, but then told us this would be "the end of our relationship." In other words, we were banned for expecting basic decency. This was an awful customer experience from start to finish. No compassion, no accountability, and prices that do not match the level of care. I would never recommend this facility to any pet owner. Our dog deserved better and so did we.

I have been looking for a groomer closer to home and was nervous about All Dogs Rock. My dog was in…read moreneed of some serious grooming. It had been a while since his last groom. When I brought him in I thought the owner was going to have to shave him but she assured me she would try and keep some length on him. I'll be honest I was waiting to see a naked dog. When I got the call he was ready I ran over to pick him up so fast and boy I was shocked! He had hair and the cutest cut ever!!!!! He was evenly trimmed and not a scratch on him! Let's talk about the doggy daycare. My dog can be aggressive and I mentioned that I wasn't sure he would be good around other dogs. They wanted to try and give him a chance so I did. This dog made friends with other puppies and employees! What a little stinker...he had me fooled. They showed videos of him doing tricks and playing with the other dogs.
