He was so kind and genuinely cared about my situation; my car was broken into, stolen, then abandoned nearby. No broken windows either. They did it electronically, reprogramming my key fob in the process, and punching my lock in so I couldn't bypass it with my key. Apparently they're showing people how to do it on social media especially (the American-owned) TikTok and they won't take the videos down. They left all of my windows down and I couldn't turn on my car to put them back up again. I called around told my story and everytime I was quoted outrageous pricing after telling them what happened, which car I drove, and of course being a woman. It's really disgusting how some men treat women when it comes to cars & if they think you're desperate for help; they were trying to charge me car note prices to reprogram a simple car fob. Smh. But not Friendly Locksmith! It was affordable and fair. Roy came same day and ASAP after calling him & he reprogrammed my fob in about 10 minutes. I was able to put my windows back up and park my car back in my car port instead of on the street after having my car towed. He also helped me take my battery out of the car, because they like to repeatedly steal cars if it's easy for them (they'll have to tow it away or bring a battery with them next time ). Thank you again, Roy, for being so reasonably priced and truly a Friendly Locksmith in my time of need. I'm referring everyone I know to you!
