After trouble shooting several times, the reality was that we weren't going anywhere! Finally, Joe K called his 21st Century Insurance, for their roadside assistance help line. After a lengthy process of exchanging information, we were told that it would be about an hour before someone could come out. At least we were parked in the lot that had a beautiful view of the ocean. Fortunately, the wait for help didn't take long at all! A nice man pulled up next to us in his own car. (I was expecting a tow truck). He immediately brought out his battery tester/charger. It turned out the battery was indeed on it's last leg. This was unexpected since the battery was not that old, so Joe was sure something more mechanically serious would be the problem! In only a few minutes flat, the pick up started right up, and we were back on the road to a nearby auto parts store to reluctantly purchase a new battery. This put a delay in our road trip to the next vacation destination, but thankful that "Roadside 24 hour Service" was there to help us out!

I caught a flight on the freeway and was stranded in the side of the road, with AAA quoting 1.5 hrs to come and put on my spare. So, I Yelped closest tire repair shop. Luckily, this was the closest and most convenient location. I called and Spoke to one of the owners, his name is: Mohammed, a.k.a. Mo, and he was great. He came in clutch and helped me find my large racing tire which I almost never in stock in most tire locations. He found the last size and had it installed and gave it to me at a really AMAZINGLY reduced price point since it was an emergency. Because he was so Customer Service driven, and took care of me without any wait time. I decided to come back again. Unfortunately, he was not there this day, and I would regret that. I reached out to him & he assured me that the team would take care of me. However, the person who did my wheels scratched them and put the center cap on incorrectly. It eventually fell off less than two minutes after driving away. The car also began dramatically & dangerously, pulling to the right. To be clear, I drove the car there to replace my tires and had no wheel alignment issues prior too. Since it was recently serviced. After going back and forth with the current staff member who refused to diagnose the issue or compensate me for it, (I only wanted to be given a voucher or something to use if I came back). I decided it was no longer worth my time or energy to continue going back-and-forth about who was at fault and why. A quick lesson learned!! As being condescending wasn't bad enough. She really acted as if it was my problem and not hers. I don't need you or anyone else to tell me about a wheel issue that was not a problem before I arrived to your location. So, I am going to chalk it up to one bad day/ experience they were having. Overall, The prices are fair and the services are really quick. But when you stop by, I recommend you only deal with Mohammed, a.k.a. Moe. He's great and he will always take care of you.
