Long-time customer and their service just seem to worsen by the year. Just this month, I got missed…read moretwice and every time I called for them to come back, the rep would say the service order is sent but no one comes. We get serviced on Thursdays and the first time, they didnt come until Wednesday the following week, and the second time, they just came the Thursday next week after. Everyone else on my street is serviced except us. The prices seem to increase every other week and also, we did not know they automatically renew contracts, binding you to them for another 3 years, no cancellation without having to pay a huge sum of money or unless you call them in a specific window of time and they never call you to check. Every time I'd call about the contract, they'd just tell me the period is not up yet and then one day when I called them because they missed a pickup again and asked about the lease, the rep just said it was renewed last week. No notice, no nothing.
