Listen, I'm a fan just because it was like only 1 of 2 places I could find somewhat close that would fix my PS3 without my having to send it in to Sony and spend an arm and a leg. My experience with "the other" similar store was horrible, which led me to this one. I went in and dropped my PS3 off on a rainy day. Ran into the "store". It's very small, they have used odds and ends in the front for purchase. You can certainly smell that they still smoke in the back, but whatever. I just want my PS3 working. They seemed knowledgeable enough. The younger-guy said it would only be like 4 hours to get it fixed and that he'd call me. So sure enough, either same day or next day they called back to let me know it was ready and I went to get it. Super cheap for my "yellow light of death". Still is working. The only scary part is that they only guarantee their work for like 30 or 60 days - can't remember which. That made me a bit nervous, because it seems like maybe they have units come back a lot..?? Why wouldn't they guarantee it longer. Hmm. Regardless, mine is still working. And it's been like a 45-60 days. updated 11/24/12 - So.. I have to update my rating and review. Unfortunately my PS3 died again 2 weeks ago. So apparently this is the reason why they only have a "30-day guarantee". Right. Got it now. Will not be paying to service it again. Unfortunately will have to bite the bullet and buy a new one. :( So, I have to change my rating. read more

I never thought it would happen, but it (finally?) did - I dropped my iPhone 6 onto its face and shattered the glass. The sensitivity was still fine, but the little glass shards would sometimes break off and stab me in the leg, so I thought it best to get it fixed. One place near us advertised a price on their website of over $120 to fix it, so when I called P&P and talked with Zach, and he said it'd only cost $80, I was sold. Plus, the fact that he said it would only take 2-3 hours (for I was concerned I'd have to leave it overnight or so), this gave me a chance to hit the gym and run some errands. Pros: +Location: in a plaza, which gives a good amount of parking, and it's real easy to get to and get out of. +Service quality: When I came by to pick it up, it was all set, looking like a new iPhone. Seriously, looking at it, you can't even tell I ever dropped it. Very nice work. +Cost: My total cost (plus tax) came out to $83 bucks. (much better than some competitors in the area) +Employees: Zach's the only guy I met, but he was a nice guy and very knowledgeable about fixing electronics. +Great for iPhone repairs +Sells iPhones (6 and below, if they're available) +Fixes computers (I saw a couple up front being worked on) +Has a website Cons: -Zach was the only guy there when I went, so unless there's another person there, I can see it taking a little longer for things to get done on a busy day. Pavel spent 45 minutes with us taking apart and trouble shooting our PS3. He tried many different things and when it was determined that our console was unrepairable he never charged us for a minute of his valuable time. He told us - with no pressure - his prices on new and used/refurbished consoles and thanked us as we went on our way. Of course when we decide to buy a new PS3 we will go back to P&P! My 2007 Macbook pro would not turn on. I thought I would have to sell it for parts, which I really did not want to do. I went to Apple and that was a waste of time, they diagnosed the problem and were trying to charge me the cost of a new laptop. I said no way will I pay that! The tech there then says to me "just purchase a new laptop." I left with my laptop confused and angry. I went home and started looking for shops that would at least give me the time to tell me if it was worth trying to fix. Just wanted someone to be honest with me. I found P&P here on yelp and decided to visit them that same day. Not only did they say yes we can fix it, they did it quickly and at a fair price. I feel like I have a new computer. I took my computer to them because my desktop would not open.I paid P & P Computers Games & More $69.99 to dingos my computer. Two days later I called the number on the receipt, but it was impossible to get anyone to help me. I called about 3 to 4 times asking for help regarding my computer. Their customer service is really horrible. After so many attempts by phone with no results, I decided to go to their store to find out the status of the repair. I spoke with Pavel he said that I would need a new hard drive. I said okay, how much would it cost? They came with a bunch of charges: PC Tune Up, Internal component Install, Operating System Install, and data recovery, for a total of $259.00 not including that $69.99 already paid initially for dingos. I said okay, if that will fix the problem; go ahead and repair it. Two days went by and not phone call from them regarding my computer. So, I went back to store again to find out what was going on. Pavel was knowwhere to be found, he had gone home already. This time I addressed the issue to the Manager, he told me that I will need a new computer, that the mother board was wasted. I said that is impossible, I brought my computer to you guys to dingos and you guys told me that it will need a new hard drive; you guys are ripping me off; I want my money back. He kept emphasizing that a new computer was best for me. That was my bad experience with P & P Computers Games & More.I would not take anything for repair nor shop in their store. read more

I will never go here again I took a car amplifier there and I new all it need was a power supply fixed . So they kept it for over a month at first they told me they would call me before doing any thing to my amp never called me I called them they couldn't find my amp when they finally did they they told me basically they need a couple of days to look at it another week passes than I call them and now they have to call me back cause they have to speak to there tech guy. so Im waiting And waiting finally he calls me back and says it need capacitors and it would be cheap fix I said ok do it . Than a day two weeks later I call them and he tells me that he got my amp confused with another one and that his tech has my amp apart that they will get to it when they can cause there busy if I want to sell them it for parts I told him no I just want it back he said I can't pick it up cause its not there he has to have his tech bring it to the shop days pass I call and he says he will have it there today for sure he did I picked it up he charged me there serves fee for looking at it I was pist I get home open up my amp and they took out a bunch of parts and hacked it up I didn't even bother calling them I suggest you never take any thing to them to fix cause tell rob you now I'm out 800 dolloars cause no body will try to fix the amp cause of what they did to it . read more

My HP laptop screen went black and I was afraid I may have lost all my photos and documents.
