However I will say that I maintain my apartment to a certain standard, there was a flood in my apartment due to a neighbor leaving running water. My rug was damaged in the process but saved a lot of furniture by absorbing and creating a barrier to keep the water from getting further into my apartment. This occurred in February, I've been calling down the general manager for my building and the insurance claims specialist, whom never responded. I emailed. It's shameful that people have jobs but don't want to do them effectively. Especially when you're serving others and providing services that adhere to their shelter! I have receipts, I won't be chasing, I'll just go to small claims court. Any apartment rentals you see from this management company, keep scrolling. Save yourself the trouble. Terrible service, there are a few good employees in the office and maintenance workers who are helpful, but they are overworked too and don't have all the answers. Someone referred me to RPPM and I called them kind of skeptical bc I've had bad experiences before with management companies that just take your money and don't really do much. But these guys are different. John was straight with me from the jump, explained everything they do, didn't oversell it. They handled some violation issues I had pending and I didn't have to stress about it. Communications with my tenants have been way more professional than when I was doing it myself lol. I used to just text my tenants which I know is not the right way to do it. Only thing I'd say is sometimes I wish they responded a little faster but honestly when they do get back to me everything is thorough and correct so I think its just they are busy and doing things right rather then rushing. Not really a complaint just something I noticed. Overall very happy.
