I think the trolley idea is so fresh, and the price of this trolley was honestly not far off from what other limo companies were quoting me for a limo. Very unprofessional. I filled out the "Trolley Quote" on the website, and received a call later that day. John was polite on the phone, and assured me we could work something out and that he was available the day I needed. He asked me to email him with more details to get a more accurate quote, which I did. Over a WEEK later, he replied "sorry, the trolley is rented that day" From reading other review, this seems like typical behavior for Jake's. read more

Nick at Jake's Limo and Wedding Trolley was AMAZING!!! So professional!! The transportation went like clockwork!! From the pick up of the groom and groomsman, to the bridesmaids and then the bride and parents, to the reception and end of evening transportation to the hotel! We could not be happier with our choice of Jake's Wedding Trolley! The Trolley was so clean and cutely decorated! We love the white exterior and wood inside! The fireplace in the back adds nostalgic charm!! One of the best parts was after the wedding ceremony at the church, the bride and groom, attendants and both sets of parents could ride together to the reception and enjoy a glass of champagne!! The Trolley was so much easier to walk onto when compared to climbing down into a limo in our fitted evening wear! I wholeheartedly recommend a Trolley from Jake's!!! I when I got married the driver Nick was great. Came out introduced him.Very knowledgeable, but what's up with the guy who was in the bus .. Maybe an stewardess?? Creep everyone out.. I was so excited when I booked this company for our September 2016 wedding. I booked the trolley for pur wedding in September 2015. I recently called just to update some info now that we are only 4 months away just to have the surprise that the owner does not have our contract. I was then informed that a former employee of his stole contracts and was handling his entire business. Needless to say my date was already booked!! What type of person has no control of there business!!! I am in the middle of trying to get back my deposit and find another trolley company which is nearly impossible now since our wedding is less then 4 months away. Please stay away from this company I hear I am not the only one this has happened to. I would have been left with no transportation on my wedding day if I never called them to follow up. BEWARE! John the owner openly admits that he hates dealing with weddings! DO NOT PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN WITHOUT FINALIZING YOUR CONTRACT EVEN IF THEY SAY YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR DATE!!! Tried to charge us for a 10 hour rental when we asked for 5 according to John the owner. I had to call and email multiple times to review the contract and the owner told me Nick was fired- NOT A GOOD THING TO HEAR 3 months before your wedding. After speaking with the owner at length and trying to make something work, we were not able to come to an agreement- EVEN TO PROVIDE A SIMPLE TOWN CAR for the day of the event. Does not respond to emails and calls unless you pester. read more
