Dear Transportation Team,…read more I wanted to take a moment to let you know how impressed we were with one of your drivers, Michael, who transported our students from Macopin Middle School to the Metropolitan Museum of Art yesterday. I have been teaching for 31 years and have both chaperoned and organized countless field trips during that time. Michael was truly exceptional. From the moment we boarded, he was very clear about his safety protocols and expectations. He was strict when necessary, but always fair, professional, and respectful. What stood out most was how seriously he takes the responsibility of transporting students. His commitment to safety, combined with his personable and friendly demeanor, made our trip enjoyable and stress-free. It was a genuine pleasure to ride on his bus. Please extend our sincere appreciation to Michael. He made a lasting impression on both me and our students, and he represents your company in the very best way. Thank you for providing such outstanding service. Sincerely, Erica McPartland Macopin Middle School

My field trip was on August 18, 2025, to the Schomburg Museum in Harlem NY. The Bus was the cleanest bus I have ever been on, and the driver (Micheal) was amazing. Micheal was Very professional and engaging with my team and campers. After leaving the museum we discussed the trip and the group actually mentioned how safe and professional the experience was overall. I not only recommend 4 Diamond Transportation, but I also highly encourage it. Looking forward to the next trip. Willaim Smallwood Sankofa Leadership Academy

At this point, I've been catching the train to and from Paterson for about a little over year or…read moreso. This station is your usual outdoor station stop on NJ Transit Main and Bergen lines. Nothing fancy. For detail, I recommend reading over Jeffrey D's Yelp review, which is good and provides thorough info. Trains on the Main/Bergen lines go directly to Hoboken. From the Paterson station, if you want to go to New York, you'll need to transfer at the Secaucus station (which is a major hub and has a bunch of amenities - bathroom, Dunkin, I think a bar, etc. There's a flight of stairs to the platform off of Market. The elevator is closer to Ward and by the underpass closer to the post office.

Paterson's one and only train station, served by New Jersey Transit's Main Line trains…read more(Hoboken-Suffern, NY), and rarely Port Jervis Line trains when it does local stops (Hoboken - Port Jervis, NY). A two track station serving the needs of local Patersonians & those in the area needing a local hop to other communities or a quick hop to Hoboken/New York or elsewhere, it's not used too often compared to the other stations in the network (such as those in the NE Corridor or Montclair-Boonton lines), seeing a slight increase in AM travel, before stabilizing for the rest of the day. The next stops are Hawthorne (north, 5 min ride), or Clifton (south, 5-7 minute ride), and depends on where you go, the end destination would be Hoboken (35 minutes, south), or New York Penn Station (45-55 minutes, south/east, after a transfer via Secaucus Junction). Depending on your end destination, prices can range from 2.25$ for a one zone trip (one or two stations like to Clifton/Hawthorne), 6,50$ to Hoboken, or 7,75$ to NYC, but from Labor Day (Sept 2018) until late January 2019, there's a 10% discount for trips due to maintenance & PTC upgrades, but tickets brought during this time must be used before they expire, same goes for MyTix/online passes. Fortunately most of the trains arrive on time, and rarely would you stumble upon overcrowding, unless if it's a weekend and/or reduced service times. The station is located at the edge of downtown Paterson & the entrance to the residential/small business areas (running above grade, historically it ran street level), running parallel to Railroad Ave, and above Market & Park Aves, and a short distance away from local areas such as downtown/Center City Mall (5-10 minutes of a walk), even in "walking distance" of the Great Falls, and close to PCCC & the city/county's offices (also within 5-10 minutes of a walk). There's two bus stations here (one alongside Market St, another alongside Ward St), with a mix of routes to NYC, routes to local towns, and within Paterson. The taxi stop is at the Market St side, and you'll usually find a taxi or two ready to take you to your destination, and Uber/Lyfts usually stop close by there too. There's two stairwells here, one on the Market St side, and another on the Ward St side, and the elevator is on the Ward St side. The train platform itself is open air, good for summer days & pleasant weather, but not so much for winter & chilly days, where there's no source of heating elements there, so at most riders would have to wait in horrid conditions. Unfortunately this station doesn't have an "official" parking lot so most people that come here on cars would park at the municipal parking garage across the street, for a good rate. If you've needed access to a phone, there's a payphone close by to the Ward St elevator, and fortunately it works. There are no food options within the station itself, so if you've wanted food, there's a large consortium of them in the area, ranging from chains such as Dunkin' & McDonalds, to local pizza joints, and a large number of small Dominican/Caribbean/Arabic spots to eat in, results may vary, or check on Yelp! In my personal experience, the station does seem woefully inadequate to be around, and in a dire need of some upgrades. Being the third largest city in the state, it does seem worrisome that this is the only station in the city (in the past it had more), whereas other commuter friendly cities such as Montclair would have 6 (even if they run "close" to each other). The station itself isn't in the brightest of neighborhoods, usually seeing homeless people camping out under the station's support beams, or loitering in nearby businesses. The elevator does seem filthy sometimes and with a questionable odor, and other times it runs "slow" I fear it might just sputter out one day! Rarely would one of the TVMs have an error with accepting cash, which would be an inconvenience to some commuters. The aforementioned issue with this station being (partially) open air does get problematic in winter since it leaves little in the way for people waiting to take the blunt of the cold/stormy weather, even a heating tower would've helped. A small bonus is that it does provide for some good views of the city during the evening, but it's not in a good spot to take sight of for a good while. Ending this, Paterson's NJ Transit station offers a decent way to leave/get into the city via rail and offers commuters who don't have access to a car a chance to travel/work/etc, but lacking amenities you'd find in other stations & being in an unsafe environment does leave much for the imagination. It'll always be around in one shape or another, so that's something to look forward to. Maybe next time?

Unfortunately, the service provided on our wedding day fell significantly short of our expectations…read moreand, more concerningly, was both unsafe and unprofessional. Safety Concerns The driver attempted to overfill the bus, trying to fit the entire group of over 120 people despite the bus not having enough seats. I personally had to intervene to ensure people were removed from the bus to avoid passengers standing in the aisles. After the fact, we learned that some guests were forced to sit on each other's laps, and the driver reportedly drove erratically to the destination causing two of our guests, who were NOT overserved, to vomit right when they got off. The safety of our guests was compromised, and the shuttle service was managed in a way that was neither professional nor responsible. Service Issues Once I managed to get people off the first shuttle and ensured the driver returned for the second trip (as per the contract/itinerary and what we paid for), the remaining guests were finally able to board. However, the second shuttle was only about 25% full, which underscores that there was no reason to overfill the first bus in such an unsafe manner. Impact on Our Event Because of these issues, my wife and I missed a significant portion of our after-party, as we had to deal with ensuring our guests were transported safely--something that should have been entirely your responsibility. Overall, your service was unprofessional and unsafe. It appeared as though the driver was trying to avoid making the required second trip by overcrowding the first shuttle, which we found unacceptable. The Result After flagging our feedback, not only did we not receive any form of compensation for the poor and unsafe service - they offered a $500 gift card for us to use them again which is wild to assume we'd use that service again.

Within the last few months, I have used Bergen Limo (bravo limo) twice…read more It is the most inexpensive limo services out of all of the other competitors, but it truly puts a meaning behind the phrase "you get what you pay for." The first time was for my moms bachelorette party and the second was for my 26th birthday party. We had the same driver both times. For both events, our limo driver was on time and limos were used to get from point a to b. The interiors for the two limos we have been in were "okay," nothing too impressing. During my moms bachelorette party, there was a point where I needed to contact the driver, so the woman at the winery can confirm with him we weren't drinking and driving. He didn't answer his phone at all and wound up contacting me a half hour later--which at that point the phone conversation was useless because I already talked the lady into doing another tasting. For my moms party, I myself didn't book the limo but for my party I did. The women I talked to on the phone could have Been much nicer, one of them had a really bad attitude. I called a few weeks ago asking what kind of cars were available in their fleet that can comfortably fit 18 passengers. The woman on the phone told me they had both an h2 hummer limo in both pink and white- so I went ahead to try and book it. After gathering all my information she asked I put a down payment and I needed $350 to do so. Absolutely had no problem doing that but i only had $300 in my account at the moment...she wouldn't accept that and told me to call back again when I did. Ummm okay...and to be honest I have no idea why she wouldn't mention this in the beginning of the phone conversation-that would have made more sense. Within the week I called back, again, ready to book the limo. The new lady on the phone told me that they don't have a white 18 passenger limo, only pink. If I wanted the white one, it's 20 passengers. I went into detail explaining someone previously told me they did have a white one but this girl insisted they didn't. For the mistake, I wanted to get the 20 passenger one of it was not being used and she told me I would need to fully pay for it if it was being used. So great--I just got a pink limo for my 26th birthday. Whatever. Lol The deposit was made on my debit and the rest I wound up paying in cash. The overall cost did not include the tip. I had officially bought the limo for 5 hours. The day of my party. The limo arrived on time. A funny looking pink limo, perfectly fit for a 12 year old girl. In total, only 16 of us were able to make it that day. My friends began to pile into the hummer limo one by one. An "18 passenger" and there was still hardly any room! One of my friends literally had to sit on top of something that wasn't even a seat! The other two guys had to sit all the way in the back (a spot that was cut off from the rest of us) and were pretty much not involved with our group at all. Everyone was just squished and uncomfortable...not cool. The driver did get us there safe and on time. And after a lovely evening out, he called us to remind us the time was running out on the limo. We left the restaurant and went back up to the limo. We drove back home singing and dancing and having good time and eventually reached my house. We a few mins to spare, I asked the driver if he could drop some of us off at a local bar that was exactly 4 mins away. He seemed unsure and then said ok. I rounded everyone up who was coming with me and said goodbye to those who left. Those who were going with me jumped back in the limo and we shut the door. A minute later, the limo driver opens up the door and tells us he can't take us and that he would need to charge us for a whole half hour if we decided to take the ride. Why the heck would you say yes, with time to spare and then wait for everyone to get situated to just go around and say no. Absolutely made no sense at all. After all the money we spent, and for them to be that cheap over a couple mins is pretty darn ridiculous. Overall...this company serves its purpose, gets your group from one place to another. However, I would NEVER recommend them for a wedding or REALLY special occasion of any sort--it is apparent they are not willing to accommodate their passengers in and way, and firmly believe this especially after reading other reviews.
