Unfortunately, I recently had an experience that left me very disappointed. One evening, a regular customer approached me and commented that she "didn't like" that I had not tipped after winning on a machine. When I asked how she would even know that information, she quickly responded that she "must have the wrong person." Later, I learned that the owner had apparently discussed the situation with another customer, which I found very unprofessional and uncomfortable. I believe that when individuals choose to play machines using their own money, tipping should remain optional and based on personal choice. Players take their own financial risks, and no one contributes to their losses when they do not win. This establishment no longer feels as welcoming and family-oriented as it once did. Over time, I have noticed several regular customers stop coming due to ongoing drama and issues involving management. Sadly, because of this experience, I do not plan on returning.
