Unimpressed...meh…read more First time dropping in for dinner and it was a disappointment. First of all, our wait for a server once we seated ourselves was long. Our server came and dropped menus and was about to run off. I quickly asked her for a water. She then asked my wife what she wanted to drink and then came back a while later with both drinks. We ordered although I don't think she was expecting us to order so quickly (I get the impression fast service isn't their thing). I was not super happy with my meal. I tried their chicken parm sandwich and it was somehow rubbery and overcooked at the same time. The fries weren't too bad, but the sandwich just wasn't good. My wife had the cheesesteak and liked it. Overall, it's more bar than restaurant. Not super impressive. And while they weren't busy, they seemed understaffed. The negatives: The dart board was busted so you couldn't keep score and the darts were bent and wouldn't stick on the board anyway. The women's restrooms had no hooks inside the stalls so there was nowhere to put your bag or coat, which is so annoying because it could be easily solved. They also gave out very short straws for highball glasses so everyone's straws were falling into their drinks and they had to fish them out. Still a four-star experience overall, but addressing some of these shortcomings would have made it a five-star.
