Beautiful studio! Bright, welcoming, clean and very zen! The owners are so kind and the classes are exactly what your body needs! There's no way you can be disappointed taking a class at Jala Hot yoga. Even if you don't like the heat, there are plenty of opportunities to rest and enjoy your cold water if you choose! I love the flow and the emphasis on keeping your body safe. It's not fun when you feel like you are being pushed to put your body into a position it's not ready for. Lauren does a phenomenal job of taking her class through a wonderful warm up before getting into the flow. She modifies all of the poses to meet the level of her students. honestly I have never been a fan of yoga and now I go twice a day. Its my therapy and the way I like to start and end my day.
