Fun music, energetic environment and great instructors, Marvil Fit offers a great workout and is a gem nestled in Hampton bays. The basic information: A small studio with seventeen bikes. Shoes are free. Towels are provided. Its recommended to bring a water bottle. The studio has 30 minute rides (express), 30 minute ride + 20 min of weights (Mix) and 45 minute rides.
