I called Amazon a few days before Christmas as I didn't get any refunds to my cc. They told me they would issue me a credit for thr awful GPS I returned & that I had to wait for my other refund as the item I returned (it was a toy) hasn't been refunded yet due to the item not being returned. So I waited a couple of weeks & I called Amazon again. It turned out the mistake was on Kohls' end. When the person packed up the order they indicated that there was 1 item in the box instead of 2 items. Whoever did this at Kohls was an idiot. So I had to call Amazon again to get my refund . I finally did get my 2 refunds. If I didn't call Amazon, I wouldn't have gotten either refund. I have returned Amazon items to Kohls before & have never had any problems w/the refunds at all. I was extremely disappointed w/Kohls Amazon service & I will never return an Amazon order to them again. I was also upset w/Amazon for not issuing me the refunds without me calling them. Kohls stinks & so does Amazon. I am cancelling my Amazon account as I do not want to order from them anymore. So people beware.. Don't return your Amazon orders to Kohls as they will mess it up. Also, the kiosks have been removed from their stores a long time ago. I believe during or before Covid which was in 2020. I don't even want to go to Kohls to shop anymore as this incident was very stressful to me.

Material of the clothes does feel a little cheap, and prices are just ok. Personally, I'd prefer getting better made clothing at Macy's & using their coupons for a better deal. There was another girl in the dressing room looking for an outfit that I ended up chatting with and even recommending a dress for when we were coming out into the common area to look in the larger mirror. I went in looking for a dress and left with two - both onsale - and I know when the winter pounds come off they're both cut so well they're still going to look great! I really noticed the brush off when two white women entered one behind the other and were promptly not only greeted but asked if they would like any assistance. At least I know I will not experience being ignored simply for not "Looking" the part. Take it how ever you wish I know when I am being profiled simply for not being white.

I actually was looking for an event I needed clothes for, but told the sales girl I was just browsing in hopes to keep her at bay. I ended up trying a few things on and she kept bringing more - shoes, jewelry, etc. There were several items that I planned to buy and had I have been just left alone, I would have spent about $250. But because the sales girl was all over me with suggestions and asking me to come out and model, standing outside my dressing room talking to me, I just left without buying anything. Please reconsider this sales tactic. Not everyone likes is and some of us thoroughly dislike it. Take cues from the customer and if they seem to want to shop independently, let them do so. I've now had this experience in 4 different states, so I won't be back unless I know things have changed. It's obvious the staff is working on commission l, but they will lose sales from customers like me for being too overbearing.
