They tried to blame it on me, even though I gave him all the proper info for him to send me the right one. They said to send it back and they would send me the right one. However they would only refund me for the clutch, not the $227.00 I had to pay for shipping to get it, and another $227.00 to ship it back to them, for something that was NOT my fault. So now I am $454 in the hole and I don't have the right clutch yet. Not to mention I could have bought locally for the money I now have into this clutch. They proceeded to send me another clutch a week later. Keep in mind my truck is out of service this whole time, not out making money, so that was not good as well. I receive the 2nd clutch and it showed up looking like it had been on the shelf, used, or returned, and was broken. After talking directly to the clutch manufacturer, I tried to install it, because I needed to get my truck back on the road, and after 5 hours of labor it only broke further. At this point I talked directly to Ace Clutch again, and they sent me out a brand new clutch free of charge. Definitely would work with Ace Clutch again. I called Michigan Truck Spring back again, to see about at least getting my shipping charges back on the broken clutch they sent out, since it should have been insured. Chad said he would check with the higher ups and get back to me. After 3 calls back to them, since I could not get a return call, the next guy said there is nothing they could do to help me, since insurance only covers loss??? So long story short, it took me 3 weeks to get my truck back on the road, and cost me $454 more than it should have, plus way more labor trying to make the broken clutch work, and 3 clutches later, I finally had my truck up and running. They absolutely refused to help me in any way, there customer service and call returns was horrible, and it didn't bother them at all that they screwed up twice, and the only one out time and money was me! They didn't lose a dime, until hopefully now, when others read this review, and hopefully shop somewhere else, to save them from the nightmare of buying from this company.
