Just happened upon this incredible lighting store when driving on Biscayne Boulevard. Such an intetesting selection of lighting and art. The owner, Amiad, was so friendly and helpful. The LED and crystal chandeliers and fixtures are stunning. They also have a large collection of art made with crystals that catch the light and shimmer as well as some.custom pieces. Sadly the owner or manager (I'm not sure) has become cold and treat customers with bad attitude, after a couple of minutes and questions he gets irritated, if you say "I'll come later" or something like that we will make a a disgusted face, like you are bothering him... prices are 20% above market, everything you Google is cheaper online. read more

It's 90% gaudy stuff that they have but in the right place some of it would work. They have some very beautiful minimalist crystal "ring" chandeliers that are pretty expensive like the one I looked at was $1700. I went in there killing time while waiting for an appointment at another business in the mall and this older aggressive guy with glasses who I assume was the owner or co-owner kept bothering me in an argumentative tone while the female employee was too engrossed in a phone call to pay any attention. This does does not fly with me. Who do these people think they are? If they argue with a customer, the customer is going to walk out. I couldn't understand his English either. The place has a lot of merchandise but I wonder how they make a go of it, being so rude and having such a specialized product. I highly doubt I'll be back. read more

My wife and I went there on a relaxed Sunday afternoon.We went in and the owner followed us around continuously asking my wife what our budget was.She replied that we didn't have a budget and that we would tell him if an item interested us. Up to this point, I had not said a word. After the third time and his disparaging and argumentative tone he snapped a remark to my wife, I turned to him and simply said that he's asked three time and to chill out. He turned back to me as if stunned and really pissed off. He denied that he was pestering her in any way. Since there isn't any quality merchandise there and since his prices are extremely high, I was ready to leave.He actually acted like he wanted to actually fight. He is crazy. A pretty young woman who was in the store evidently heard and commented to us in the parking lot that he seemed nuts. I went in on Saturday, as I need several wall and ceiling installations. It was not busy, but no one greeted me or asked if I needed help, which was initially fine as I wanted to browse. I then went to the checkout desk because I had questions. I was the only customer at the desk. Two employees, a foot away from me, proceeded to talk to each other while looking down at the computer screen. I stood there for a while, waiting for -- if not service -- at least some kind of acknowledgement. It never came. Not even a "we'll be just a moment." I turned around and walked out. my wife and I were shopping for a chandelier for our dining room. we really didnt want anything standard from the big depot's, so since i drive by this store on a daily basis, to and from work, i decided to give it a try. To our pleasant surprise, it took us less than 30 min to find the chandelier we love. For one, the sales person was extremely pleasant and patient, and very knowledgeable. and second, my wife said that the selection was very unique (she is the shopper in the family...). i was able to get a nice discount with no hassle (i am the negotiator). the next day the Chandelier was delivered and installed, and we are a very happy couple now... just as a side kick, they have a great selection of wall paintings and other art, so we couldn't resist a 24x36" wall hanging to give our dinning area a new look. that was a bargain price as well. great to know that we have such a store right in our neighborhood. read more

I agree with the previous reviews, this is the worst customer service I've ever received. I bought a chandelier and arranged them to ship it to Bahamas where I live. After a few weeks and no response I called the store to find out what was going on and got a very lukewarm response. Finally got onto the manager and got the chandelier minus one of the support struts and a shade. This was early December and we're still trying to get them to send the missing pieces. Every time I call the manager tells me he will sort it out and then....... nothing. Don't go near this store, they are not worth it. read more

Buyer beware, or purchase with caution. I have purchased most of my lighting at that place, from bathroom lamps, living room and bedroom lamps. what i have learned from that place is that is the best when it comes to price , but lacks on customer service and customer satisfaction. i have gotten lamps that are broken or non functional, luckily i live near by so i have been able to go back. the manager does not care if you have to drive back and forward. bottom line you still get your lighting cheeper here than anywhere else that i know. but if you go to buy something, make sure that its there and in stock. also if your going to pay, pay with a credit card, not cash becuase if you return something they will give you store credit. but if you pay with your card, you can call your back to get your reembersment. if something that you want is not in stock and has to be ordered by them, go elsewhere becuase i have gotten the run-around for 2 months on a lamp, after 2 months i gave up and asked for a refund. the item that you want to get has to be in stock and in the store, also open the box where the lamp or furniture is to make sure that there is nothing broken, for light bulbs dont go there becuase theill sell you the lights and when you get home they do not go with the lamp that you purchased. this is why you always see 50% off or 40% off, the reason why is becuase no one wants to buy there beucase they have gotten a bad experience. i still would go there for the buyer that wants to save money but make sure that the item is in stock and check the item yourself before leaving the store. read more
