Took 25 min to get our order, one of the staff (male) was clearly confused and moving slowly, his poor colleague was having to redo smoothies and apologize. Our smoothies didn't taste anything like they normally do. While waiting multiple other customers complained about the wait and that the confused staff member was going out of order. read more

Very unhappy with the service at this Jamba Juice. I was quarantined at home so we ordered 3 medium smoothies for delivery. When we received our order, in the bag we received ONE medium smoothie, ONE small smoothie and ONE 1/2 full small smoothie. I called the store and asked for a refund for the one that wasn't full, and was told she would credit my card. I never received my refund. I also emailed customer service and received a response from a manager named Christian. He assured me that they take this very seriously, but after a couple back and forth emails to resolve the issue, he just stopped responding. I have been a customer at this location since moving here two years ago. Last Tuesday I ordered my usual Peanut butter chocolate moo'd. Once I get to work I take a sip and there's no chocolate or peanut butter. After work I take it back and ask them to make a note for the opening person the next morning. I ordered it ahead and ask that they credit my account. They say the manager isn't in so the next morning I again order ahead and the manager says "didn't they make this for you yesterday" and my response was Yes, but since I was inconvenienced you shouldn't charge me. Employees are very nice, the inside always smells clean and it looks clean, fast service but unfortunately I've been here twice and both times the smoothies were bad. The first time it was super watery and you could see the separation of the juice/water and the solid ... the second time it was so sweet that it tasted like they added half a bag of sugar. It was so strong that literally had to throw it away after few sips. Different smoothie each order. Never had a problem with any Jamba Juice . Until one fine day, my co-worker brought some in for us to try. After that I was hooked. So, as some of you will know that Avondale is growing pretty fast and I just happened to see in-between Quizno's and Panda Express is a "Jamba Juice". I was excited. I really believe that there was only 1 person working this morning , she was a bleach blond much older woman who got the lady before me her order wrong .She corrected it then it was my turn to order. She clearly needs help . I said it twice reading my husband's order off my phone in front of her a Peach Perfection Smoothie , a 22 oz that was almost $7.00 ( so not worth it ) . She missed it completely and only heard my order then when I asked her about the Peach Smoothie , she claims she did not hear me and had the never to charge me for her mistake . Lady, not cool. Again maybe you need some help in the store. You struggled so much making my 2oz Wheat Grass Shot, geeezzzeee. I will not be back anytime soon. This place has really gone downhill since it first opened. Seem like Every time I visit this location they are always out of something. One morning before a meeting I stopped in to order an oatmeal (1 hour after they opened) and the cashier said they were all out of oatmeal. How is this possible? Another say I ordered one of their yogurt bowls that SHOULD have contained bananas and fresh strawberries, of course they were out of strawberries. Let's talk about the store now- someone needs to completely renovate this store. Nothing stands out, the merchandising is terrible. I used to enjoy Jamba Juice regularly but in recent years after less then steller service at a few I stopped. But a few weeks ago when the first heat wave hit I was craving a yummy smoothie as we were out and about so we tried this location. It was fantastic. We had our 2 year old with us so they gave us a water cup so I could share my smoothie with him (came with a lid and she even cut a straw down to length for him). I wanted a combo of 2 smoothies so they took care of it no problem Glad this location is so near home because we'll be visiting more often especially in the summer heat! read more
