I found this place online since I was driving around this area and needed something yummy to drink. I love that you are order the amount of sweetness. This place looks so relaxing and happy. We go here because they have boba and it's right across the parking lot from my favorite coffee shop- Enroute Coffee! That's the only reason why. I'll explain. Prices are ridiculous! Nearly $9 for a medium boba mango slush! Wth! My large Iced mocha costs less than that across the parking lot- along with a treat... So their prices are ridiculous and are more like Bay Area prices.. which I feel like I could get boba for cheaper up in the Bay Area also. It's cute in there. Good photo ops... I've been and a couple tables were not cleaned after customers left. But it wasn't busy in there and I'm not sure why two staff members couldn't handle cleaning a couple tables while it's slow. Also- they're very Bay Area in the way they're not friendly. They don't greet you or smile or any real customer service that stands out in a positive way. Yet still expect a tip. On top of their expensive prices. Anyway, you could likely find a better boba spot with better service and less expensive prices. I know I'm keeping my options open. However, I wish I asked for less sweet because it was like unnecessarily sweet. And this is coming from someone with a big sweet tooth. I highly recommend getting it at least 75% sweetness.. Bought the strawberries with Dubai chocolate and it was Too expensive, and such a small cup wont be going back

Came here for the Dubai chocolate strawberries and was very disappointed, first there was barely any of the pistachio paste it was basically just chocolate covered strawberries for 19 bucks! What made it worse was that I had some rotten strawberries in my cup couldn't even enjoy them because they tasted so foul literally had to spit it out. Upon first sniff and first sip, I thought it was legit creamed butter on top. The second sip brought a mouthful of refreshly bright Jasmine tea. Excellent! Don't you dare think about mixing the tea with the foam because it will lose the unique buttery goodness only found at Bobazona. Walked in for my first time and it was pretty quiet, the 2 girls looked bored and made ugly faces when they realized they had to DO THEIR JOB. Continued to order and they made my drink pretty fast. Just ask for LESS OR NO ice if you want any milk teas. DONT come after 7 pm the girl working at the register stated they are always running out of almost everything. If you know your shop runs out of it all the time after a certain time why don't you guys prep more or even enough?? It makes no sense whatsoever. Amazing service! The employees are so kind and the food is absolutely delicious My friend and I both had the brown sugar boba with coffee and oat milk and we both agreed that they were super yummy! We also had pastries, I had apple cinnamon muffin and she had a banana bread. My apple cinnamon muffin was so fresh tasting, I really enjoyed it! This Boba spot is one of thr classiest locations i have been to. Clean, organized, and very professional employees. They have many businesses offering treats in this shopping center, but Bobazona is the only location open before noon. We were actually here to experience another business, but 15 minutes after noon and the 2 other places were still closed. My little ones were craving ice cream today not a Boba drink. Luckily they have Gelato! Oh and this is the good stuff! The dark chocolate is still yummy enough to please a toddlers palette. Little mini chocolate chips in every bite! The raspberry was fresh and had little seeds which we love! I would compare them to The Bilmore's Frost. Just not as many flavors. They still offer quite a few. As a huge lover of boba I'm always excited to try new boba place. This place serves different boba drinks and gelato, sadly there was no gelato when I went. I ordered a Thai tea with regular boba and was also disappointed by the boba quality. The boba pearls were small and hard, having had regular boba at several different places the boba at this place left much to be desired. Seemed as if the boba wasn't made correctly possible or wasn't fresh. I personally might come back to try the gelato but will definitely be hesitant towards ordering boba here again. read more
