I had placed an online order and had my husband pick it up. On the app it told me to just go in and the order will be on the indoor pick up station and to look for the bag with my name on it. Our order said it would be ready at 10:11am and he walked in 2 minutes after. So There was 1 bag and he went to see if it was our order. The young girl said to him "that's not yours, do you have an online order" with attitude. My husband replied and said yes and told him the name it was under. She then said to her coworker who was also a young girl "do you have it" again with much attitude and disrespect. The other coworker didn't say anything and went to the fridge, grabbed our drinks, set them in front of my husband and walked away without saying anything. No straws were even given and no customer service what so ever. That girl needs to either be retained or fired. read more

I'm sorry, but it has to be said: I asked for "Less ice than usual, because they always fill it to the rim." They packed it more than it's ever been. I couldn't even get my straw in the cup it was so jam packed with ice. I came home and strained it into a measuring cup. I bought a Medium drink which is supposed to be 22oz, but after straining out the ice, it is evident that I paid over $8 for a 14oz drink. I go to Jamba on a regular basis. In a hurry so I decided to stop at this location. They got my order wrong. I was in a hurry so I didn't go back and I generally like everything on the menu so no big deal. But it was like they included the apple cores in the smoothie. Today you have lost a customer. Jamba Juice is normally a go to for me but today's experience was horrible. The cashier I don't remember her name but she was the opening person she took my order. She asked me if I wanted whey protein or pea protein in my drink. We decided on WHEY protein because pea protein is gross to me. She watched me press the tip option and saw that I didn't give her a tip. Then she made my drink with PEA protein. It tasted disgusting. This was a cute little location. The inside, as usual, was really small but has a couple of tables and chairs that you can sit in to wait for your drink. The outside though has tables, chairs, and umbrellas so you can really relax and enjoy your drink while outside people watching. So uncomfortable.....and so gross......please wear your masks correctly If you are going to make my food and don't make the customers uncomfortable. Why are the parkway plaza smoothies always so consistently disgusting? After 2 bad experiences I decided not to return to this location. I've been driving out of my way to a different location for my Jamba fix, at my new location the smoothies have been consistently delicious. Today I was on my lunch hour and pressed for time so against my better judgement I decided to give parkway plaza Jamba another chance since it's close to my job. it's been awhile and I was hoping for the best... disappointed again, my smoothie tasted watered down and disgusting, I actually threw it away after a few sips. Last visit I noticed extremely spotted, overripe bananas at this Jamba. It was later in the day, but still, they were unapPEELing....hehe Made my Triple Revitalizer (fresh orange & carrot juice, frozen bananas) easy on the ice. So I'm glad that they are accommodating. I came to this location today because I've had negative experiences at Grossmont and found myself disappointed again. I ordered two Orange Berry Antioxidant smoothies and they were the consistency of water. If I wanted a juice, I would have ordered that. On top of that, the girl making the smoothies had a bit of an attitude. However, she was making the drinks all on her own so I understand the frustration and less than great drink.
