This review is strictly based on customer service. I ordered a watermelon skier that has watermelon, dragon fruit, and coconut. I watch her pour something orange in my drink then hand it to me. I asked what the orange stuff was and she said mango it comes in the drink. I asked about the dragon fruit and she just looked at me, looked at her coworker for help.. Says they're out. If I could rate it a zero star rating I would. I am honestly so upset and disappointed. I just went to the Park Plaza Jamba Juice location and ordered a Strawberry Wild smoothie, and it tasted absolutely rotten. I took a few sips because I couldn't believe how bad it tasted, but it was completely undrinkable. It genuinely tasted spoiled, and now I'm worried that I may get sick from drinking it. What makes this even more frustrating is that I came in last week and noticed the freezer wasn't working. If the fruit or frozen yogurt that thawed out is still being used, that is completely unacceptable. Food that has not been kept at a safe temperature should never be served to customers. That is a serious health and safety issue. I paid for a smoothie that I had to throw away, and I would like a full refund. More importantly, if your freezer is still not working or your ingredients have spoiled, this location should not be open until the issue is fixed. No customer should have to worry about getting sick from a smoothie. I really hope this is taken seriously because this experience was unacceptable, and I don't want anyone else to go through the same thing. read more

I had placed an online order and had my husband pick it up. On the app it told me to just go in and the order will be on the indoor pick up station and to look for the bag with my name on it. Our order said it would be ready at 10:11am and he walked in 2 minutes after. So There was 1 bag and he went to see if it was our order. The young girl said to him "that's not yours, do you have an online order" with attitude. My husband replied and said yes and told him the name it was under. She then said to her coworker who was also a young girl "do you have it" again with much attitude and disrespect. The other coworker didn't say anything and went to the fridge, grabbed our drinks, set them in front of my husband and walked away without saying anything. I'm sorry, but it has to be said: I asked for "Less ice than usual, because they always fill it to the rim." They packed it more than it's ever been. I couldn't even get my straw in the cup it was so jam packed with ice. I came home and strained it into a measuring cup. I bought a Medium drink which is supposed to be 22oz, but after straining out the ice, it is evident that I paid over $8 for a 14oz drink. I go to Jamba on a regular basis. In a hurry so I decided to stop at this location. They got my order wrong. I was in a hurry so I didn't go back and I generally like everything on the menu so no big deal. But it was like they included the apple cores in the smoothie. Today you have lost a customer. Jamba Juice is normally a go to for me but today's experience was horrible. The cashier I don't remember her name but she was the opening person she took my order. She asked me if I wanted whey protein or pea protein in my drink. We decided on WHEY protein because pea protein is gross to me. She watched me press the tip option and saw that I didn't give her a tip. Then she made my drink with PEA protein. It tasted disgusting. This was a cute little location. The inside, as usual, was really small but has a couple of tables and chairs that you can sit in to wait for your drink. The outside though has tables, chairs, and umbrellas so you can really relax and enjoy your drink while outside people watching. Why are the parkway plaza smoothies always so consistently disgusting? After 2 bad experiences I decided not to return to this location. I've been driving out of my way to a different location for my Jamba fix, at my new location the smoothies have been consistently delicious. Today I was on my lunch hour and pressed for time so against my better judgement I decided to give parkway plaza Jamba another chance since it's close to my job. it's been awhile and I was hoping for the best... disappointed again, my smoothie tasted watered down and disgusting, I actually threw it away after a few sips.
