Staff is friendly and the drinks are all made to order. The line moves quickly to order but can have a bit of a bottleneck to pick up the already now paid for beverage. The staff has always said thank you and had smiles on their face. For a made to order drink, the price is competitive and the quality of the fruits used are visible and look fresh. I remember watching Artie Lange on a talk show once talking about his drug addictions. He said he just wasn't the kind of guy who you'd see at Jamba Juice and I kind of laughed. I've never used drugs or alcohol in my life and Jamba Juice is one of the more likely items in my diet to kill me at some point. It's so delicious. I've been a customer since they were Zuka Juice 20+ years ago and I still have a Zuka Juice mug even. In my 20's I could pound a couple of larges a day, which equates to a metric butt-ton of sugar. I've had to slow down dramatically but this is still my families favorite go-to refreshment on a hot summer day. I've had nearly everything on the menu and it's all delicious. My personal favorite is the Strawberry Surf-Rider which was once known as the "Strawberry Tsunami" but was renamed after the tsunami in Thailand 12 years ago out of a misplaced sense of sensitivity. They've tweaked the recipe a little bit in the past couple of years and made it even better, removed the bananas and made it a bit more tart. I used to order it without the bananas anyway and I'm guessing I'm not the only one since they made an official change. The way they do it now is perfect. My second favorite is the Aloha Pineapple. These days, I'm older and their large isn't nearly as "large" as it once was so I can indulge occasionally without sending myself into a diabetic coma. love this place. Have been here many occasions and love the blackberry season smoothie the best (summer time). Loud because of the smoothie makers but the staff is fun and enjoyable to be around. Waited in line for a good ten minutes before being greeted by a less-than-friendly employee, put in an order for a juice with an extra "ginger shot", and waited 30 more minutes for that before being told their juicer needed to be cleaned. EVERYTIME I come here I get attitude. I was in yesterday and while I was deciding on what I wanted the sales associate gave me this attitude where she said "are you ready " in a completely impatient way. I don't ever get greated when I come in and everyone seems to be annoyed. Which doesn't make any sense to me because I'm always rather polite and don't do anything that warrants the behavior. There was also one time a girl was unsure of my drink and told me I could try it and if it was the wrong one shed make a new one. I told her I am highly allergic to raspberries and if she was unsure I wasn't going to risk it. Again there seemed to be an annoyance. Services are always slow too. I would rather drive to Woodinville than go to this location. They always treat me like I'm worth their time there. This store is awful. Not ever shopping here unless it's a convenience. read more

Let me just start off with saying that the app allows you to order up to 10 drinks in an order. The other day my company ordered 7 drinks at about 11:30 am, we requested it to be ready at about 12:45. We sent over one of our employees to pick up the order. The way she was greeted was so disrespectful. The manager on duty had the AUDACITY to tell her not to do these big orders on sunny days. He then proceeded to tell us that we make them run behind because we do not give them enough time... after we gave them over an HOUR for seven drinks!!!! This was not the first but the SECOND time this manager has told us basically to not bring him business on a sunny day. Our company comes here almost everyday. We spend hundreds of dollars here weekly. We then called corporate to tell them the unbelievably rude customer service we had and they stuck up for this location!!!!!!!! Saying the crew must of been stressed. Making it seem like it is our fault for ordering 7 drinks with more than an hour notice. Wow. Maybe if 7 drinks an order is too much, you should change your app policy and not have it as 10. This location is always under staffed and always busy. We will now be taking our business to Emerald City Smoothies (just as close to our company as Jamba Juice) We get our drinks in half the time with great customer service. read more

Just went here for my first time ever and was excited that they had juice! Duhhh the name is Jamba Juice.. But I always thought it was just smoothies. I got the 12 oz tropical greens juice and it has like 6 cups of leafy greens along with some apples and pineapples. I was scared to take a drink since it was so green but it was sooooo fantastic!!! They gave me a receipt that says if I go online and tell them how they did, I get buy one get one on my next visit and I'm totally about that! I'll freeze the other for later or something haha. I appreciate that JJ is open early. I decided to stop by here on my way to work. I was the only customer when I walked in there at 8:15am and was able to place an order right away. After about 5 minutes another customer walked in. Funny thing is the customer that walked in after me got the his order before me. I ordered the Chunky Strawberry Bowl, however it should not have taken longer than that customer if the associates was actually paying attention. My smoothie in the blender was done and she totally blanked out and was walking around for a minute and then realized she forgot about my bowl. It also took her 5 minutes to slice half a banana and 4 strawberries. I get it that nobody is awake in the morning, however, they need also need to be considerate of the customers time - I also have to get to work! I didn't get out of there until 8:35am - it took 20 minutes to make a bowl. What's suppose to be convenient is not, I should have just made my own breakfast at home and it would not have costed me $8 for chunky strawberry bowl. read more

I went to get a Jamba Juice w/my daughter yesterday. While i was in line i noticed there was promo signs all over the store saying "Buy a $25 gift card get a free 16oz smoothie" the lady in front of me was ordering and said she would like to get a gift card and a smooth. The cashier said she thinks that promo is over, she asked another employee and he said that it was over. We both jumped in and said that it was on 3 different signs in the restaurant and they should honor the advertising. The cashiers response was "we don't even have a button to ring that up". The lady in front of me walked away and didn't buy anything. When it was my time to order i mentioned again that i didn't blame her and it was on 3 signs. The cashier replied "it was a Christmas promo and we've been busy" i said "Christmas was 2 days ago, you haven't had time in 2 days to take them down?" There was a sign right in front of me on the counter and i said "you should probahbly at least turn this sign around" and i proceeded to turn it around. A male employee rudely said "ma'am please don't touch our stuff" so i proceeded to turn around and order nothing. Jamba Juice lost two customers that evening. Poor, POOR customer service. read more

Today was "free sandwich" day at this location. They distributed 4 wraps, 2 sandwiches, and 2 salads to the first 500 people. I used to grab a Jamba Juice at lunch but stopped because I couldn't get any "real" food to go with it. So, this intrigued me. I tried their Asian Style Chicken Wrap after the guy in the banana suit told me it was their most popular wrap. The wrap was tasty, especially after dipping it in their mango vinagarette. Very comparable to the quality of sandwich/wraps you get at Starbucks. It tastes like a pre-packaged wrap. But, if you need a Jamba Juice fix and it's lunch time, you might go this route. My brother tried the focaccia turkey sandwich and said it was okay. I also tried their Passion Fruit Lemonade and it was really tasty! I loved the tiny amount of pulp in there and the slice of orange. I'd definitely come back for the Passion Fruit Lemonade and maybe I'd try the salad. read more

Went in at 8:20 for a medium orange dream machine. The guy ringing up spent a good 5 minutes discussing with the customer in front of me which drink she might like best, without acknowledging that he even knew I was standing there. They continued their conversation for what felt like forever until it finally becomes my turn- and the same friendly employee I just watched flirt with the girl in front of me gives me a taciturn "hello ma'am what would you like." Which was off putting...did I interrupt your conversation by wanting to order? I quickly order and wait for my drink and wait another 5-8 minutes for my drink to be made. There were 4 people behind the counter and one other customer. I've worked in food service and come on- it takes 3 minutes for me to make a smoothie...but 4 people ? And to top it off nicely, the girl dumped the smoothie everywhere after already calling me to pick up at the counter. So I'm standing at the counter, she doesn't acknowledge me at all, but instead asks for a "rag" to clean off my cup, which takes another couple of minutes. A guy brings a dish rag to her and flirtatiously holds it out of arms reach and asks if she "really" wants it. I'm still waiting. 20 minutes and 6.80 later, I get the drink I don't even want anymore.
