Great service, great coffee! Drove up close to closing time and Barista still had a big smile on. I wanted Lotus but they didn't have any. She offered a Rev Up which was the closest they had to Lotus. It my first time trying and it was delicious. Tasted like a Redbull special. Their white chocolate mocha was my favorite!! I also got a cookie, which I believe was from a local baker and it was very tasty! Price wise and taste wise, very happy! Would definitely try again when in the area. read more

I like that they have two lines at the drive-through, one on each side of their little "coffee house", but I'm not sure if it's just an illusion to trick you into thinking it's convenient and more efficient, which both are not. I chose one line with three cars ahead of me (8:50 am on a Saturday)-by the time I got my coffee and paid, it was 9:06 a.m.), and it was like watching paint dry. And of course, the other line had 6 cars go through but wasn't much faster. I had nothing else to do but to just observe, lol. I was hoping my Cappuccino was going to be ah-may-zzzzing, eh, good but I didn't fall off my feet. I took my drink to my hair appointment and ended up falling asleep in the chair later that morning. read more

Hands down my favorite coffee stand in the area. I have been coming to various locations for a *very* long time, and when I lived on the Eastside I wasn't a fan of the brand who rhymes with burglaries - which is how I feel when I would go to that long lined, over steamed and watered down espresso joint. I would go out of my way to the location off by Costco in Woodinville or make my trek down the Bothell Everett Highway. Now Everett off Evergreen, Lynnwood when shopping & Mukilteo and Edmonds are my go-to's!! Anyhow I love Gourmet Latte and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else to fill up $50 every Friday at *ANY* stand. They are around the corner from just about anywhere here in the Snoho/North King areas. Not only are the gals super friendly and remember your drinks (even when I haven't been there for weeks - I frequent them daily at different spots dependent on work and they always remember!!) They always suggest something good. One thing I do wish is that they carried more low carb or low sugar items. Like do I want a muffin top... yes but my jeans might disagree. I enjoyed a burrito I got recently but just wish there were more options for low calorie low carb low sugar. So tired of just banana and oatmeal options.. But that's just me. I love this place and I bet you will too! My drinks in the summer are a revup variety but fall forward all I get is the deluxe caramel latte extra shots. ICED. Love it here!! Obviously Seattle has coffee on every corner so there is a ton of competition. But we decided to try this place out one day and loved it so much we came back the next day! I loved the different drink varieties and also had to try out some food. We didn't know what to get so we just asked for 2 of their best sandwiches and the lady working got us a sausage sandwich on a bagel and a ham and cheese croissant which were both yummy. The next day I saw they also had breakfast burritos so of course I tried one out and it was also good! They opened really recently and I've been here about 4 times already LOL. There's a barista I've seen about every time I've been there and she, and all the other ones, are so sweet and they are really patient when I have a bigger order or need time to think. The actual Gourmet Latté is the best one I've ever seen, and I've been to quite a few. It has a large ceiling and let's light in. There isn't any indoor seating which is a bummer, but it is a really cool building to look at when waiting for your drink. The drinks are up to par with the other Gourmet Lattes. I like Gourmet Latté's blended fraps more than other coffee stands because of the smooth consistency. read more

I never use Yelp anymore but I had to fire up the app to write this review. I had the best experience AND coffee today at this location! I'm quite the coffee connoisseur (and very picky) and I had the BEST ICED LATTE EVER MADE AT A STAND today. The barista, the very sweet Filipino guy, makes excellent coffee, if I could give him and his coffee 10 stars I would! It's not always easy to give quick service while also providing genuine customer service but he marked ALL those boxes. I wish I lived closer here so he could make my coffee every day :) As much as my wallet might not like it, I WILL be stopping by this location whenever I'm in the area. Thank you so much! The unwelcoming atmosphere of the location was apparent as the barista's irritation showed when asked for any suggestions. my partner was going to get a coffee but the girls bad attitude deterred him. Despite this, I proceeded to order; I had tried their espresso previously, finding it satisfactory but not exceptional. The cookie was disappointingly bland, not even worth a snapshot. One bite was all it took for me to discard it. After signing and tipping she looked at the receipt and sighed, but as i proceed to had her an additional cash tip she simply said oh and turned around without another word. A tip wasn't deserved at all for such rude service but we did anyways. The location closer to downtown is better anyways, im hoping i just caught them on a bad day because that wasn't acceptable. So I usually hit up the Bothell (close to my work) or Kenmore location and Gourmet Latte just hits different for those that are somewhat regular or tried it before. This location is the closest to my house and I want to like it but it just misses the mark for me most times simply for this reason (and I always forget to request less) - too much ice. To put it plainly, today I got my drink and the top looked like it barely fit from the amount of ice they had put and I thought to myself- I just paid for ice. This is by far the best espresso drinks we had our entire week in the Pacific Northwest! The service is also friendly and knowledgeable! Excellent customer service. Staff are always following every Covid protocol by wearing masks, and sanitizing/switching gloves between each customer. Every coffee they make is the best cup I've ever had. Tons of yummy treats available too. They serve cute puppachinos too for our furry friends! I pulled in to grab some coffee at 7:15pm. Your hours stated that your stand was open until 8pm. I pulled up to the window waited 10 minutes for someone to come and no one did. During the wait, another car pulled up behind me, so I decided to pull around the other side in hope that someone would see one of us. Nothing! The other car pulls away and at that moment I decide to honk my horn. After I honked my horn, someone finally came out from the back. I didn't stay to order and took my business elsewhere. I just want to update my review after I checked my bank account. At the store, I paid all but .44 on a gift card. So .44 on my debit. They changed me the entire thing on my debit card, and also again on my gift card. Looking at other reviews for Gourmet Latte, mis-charging guests isn't unusual here. Went through the Alderwood location on Saturday, 2 blonde girls working. Both friendly, quick, drink was excellent. Will be back!
