Jamba started off the juicing stores but now they're staffing it with untrained uncaring kids. Took ages for four of us to get our orders. Because- Orange juicer broken. Bored teen at the cash register perked up and was interested in talking about her performance in some play to a customer but got our orders wrong and served my kid an apple cinnamon pastry that did not have any of the icing rubbish it had in the display counter. When I pointed this out she was like " that's how it comes." You know, not what you ordered, and did nothing about it. So we just had to laugh and leave . The staff here are super duper nice; I do feel like they rotate often so I literally went everyday in one week around the same time and every time saw someone new...that's a little different. I did not know about the rewards program despite buying a smoothie 4 days in a row. They should tell people about it; it promotes their business and may even make people more likely to return. Most people like earning rewards. With regards to drinks, I have two faves depending on what I'm going for. If my body is screaming for greens I get the Amazing Greens...simply put, its AMAZING. Nice mix of kale, lemonade, peach, banana, and pumpkin seed. If I just want something fruity, then I love the Strawberry Surf Rider. It's strawberries, lemonade, peaches, and sherbet. There is a theme with me as you can see...I like tart stuff. Every now and then I will get adventurous and try something new; I've never had anything I absolutely hated. A major complaint is at times the drinks are not blended well and I end up having chunks of fruit at the bottom of my cup that clog up my straw. Overall, more good than bad. I will return. read more

I go here almost every time after working out at the gym next door. I usually get either a kiwi island breeze or a shot of wheat grass. Both are usually consistently made correctly and taste good. Today after the gym I went in and ordered a Blueberry Banana Greek Yogurt Bowl. It was absolutely delicious! It has a base of plain Greek yogurt topped with crunchy granola, sliced bananas, blueberries and a drizzle of honey. It was a perfect post workout snack. When mixed together the flavors blended well and tasted really good going down. Definitely a feel good and good for you treat! I was disappointed especially for the price it was ( I could go to Starbucks and get a Venti Frappe for less than a large at Jamba) and the length of time it took, There was one guy working and there was a line that followed behind us when we went in. Today was unbelievable. I don't understand the disconnect. I mean I swear I would think this company would train their staff to at least welcome customers when they are waiting. I arrive today at 8:57 and there is a lady in front of me waiting. I thought she already ordered because the young lady who worked there was filling out inventory papers. I LOVE Jamba Juice. BUT I have a love/hate relationship with this Pearland location. Some days, service is great. Most days, it is terrible. I've been to this location many times and I don't ever write yelp reviews but I just had to today. They had 4 employees, all failed to greet me or the two families that entered behind me. The cashier stared at me until I initiated my order and spoke to me in one/two word sentences. "Your order?"..."Name?"..."It's $5.38" ...he actually started stretching out his arms and yawning while taking the next customers orders. It's the first week of January...the store was not even busy since it's cold out. They should be thrilled to have loyal customers that still enjoy their jamba even when the weather is chilly. I am a regular customer at Jamba Juice in Clear Lake which I love. So on my off day I decided to try out the Pearland location. I placed my order as one of the other employees sat on the counter by the oven looking at his phone. When I asked him to stop sitting on the counter where food is prepared he stated that no food was there. The restroom was filthy, worse than one at a gas station. When we ordered the acai bowl, normally it comes with bananas and blueberries. Well they stated if I wanted bananas I would have to buy one because they were out of bananas. Ah, a Jamba Juice location in Pearland! The standard Jamba Juice experience - freshness grabs you by the nostrils as you walk into the store. A great way to start the morning or a good way to finish a greasy meal. The floor was very clean and the attendants were cheerful and made our smoothies very quickly. I was craving a smoothie at around 6 pm today and I had never been to a Jamba Juice (seeing as the one closer to me is really inconvient to get to) before so I decided to give it a try. When I walked in all three employees greeted me cheerfully and one asked what he could get for me. I replied that I honestly didn't know, seeing as I had never been there before, and he immediately came to my rescue, asking what my favorite fruits are and giving me suggestions based on that. So frustrated with this location!! I cant tell you the last time I went into this shop and the orange juicer wasn't broken. Its so annoying.....over the last two months, every single time I have gone in, the orange juicer has a sign saying "out of order". I finally called and asked to speak to a manager - not sure that's who I spoke to , but they said to prevent any frustration, I should just call before I come to make sure its working....not, "we're getting it fixed"...basically, not sure when the owners will spend the money to make it work, so you as the customer should go out of your way and call us....so unprofessional. The issue was the customer service... it was terrible the person who was making the orders skipped over my order TWICE at that point I was already there for 15 minutes. I had 1 item nothing to hard at all ! So when my order finally had gotten done it was INCORRECT, I told the young man it was wrong and he had an attitude. Then at point I wanted my money back. I expressed that to him and he told me "fine". I went to the register to ask for a refund and "Frederick B" had an attitude. And he spoke to me in a manner where it was VERY uncomfortable and embarrassing with other customers in the store. He also told me he couldn't put my money back on my card. While I must start out by acknowledging that the staff is always friendly, Multiple trips here have always ended the same way- out of ingredients to make many of the items on the menu. The store has a funny smell and today there was a four foot puddle in front of the register they were checking people out at so customers had to stand in it to order which is dangerous and gross.
