Delicious smoothies and great location!!! Nothing beats an Aloha Pineapple especially during this heat wave! Kiosk friendly. There were several workers but very minimal cleaning done. The floor had several of the straw wrappers along with some other trash. My best recommendation is placing the trash closer to where people pick up their drinks. read more

Saturday morning 4/17/26 830 am. Lady worker was alone and was at the back. Came out looking like she did not want to be there. No friendly smile, no greetings. As a service worker, do not come to work when you are having a bad day. Ordered the 2 for $6.50 empanada and a waffle. Empanadas were fist size but the filling was good. Waffle was ok. They were extremely busy when I visited so I anticipated a wait to get our drinks. Took about 20 minutes to get our drinks. Cashier was friendly and knowledgeable and efficient. Two young men and a different young lady we're working the are making drinks. The young lady appeared to be new and was standing around watching the young man making the drinks. The other young man happened to be going on break right after we placed our order. Drink was a special concoction that my daughter found the recipe for on instagram. The cashier was careful to put the drink order in correctly and the young man who made the drink made it perfectly. The drink was absolutely delicious! Cost ten bucks and some change for a large. We shared it and drank the whole cup! Delicious! The bathroom was not clean and I was reluctant to use it. Parking was difficult to find we had to park several stores away. It is a shopping center with multiple stores all in one large lot. I would definitely go again but I'm taking away a star for the parking, dirty bathroom, and wait time to get our drink that was about double what I find acceptable. read more

This Jamba Juice location is in the Lincoln Center. This is a busy plaza, so parking may be hit or miss. Even with a lot of employees working, it still took awhile to get service / for someone to take my order and my drink also took awhile to come out as well. I ordered my favorite and go to drink here - their Strawberries Wild. It has a juice blend of apple / pear / strawberry, bananas, and strawberries with fat free vanilla frozen yogurt in it as well to make the smoothie creamier and sweeter. Overall, I like my drink and it was good, but it gets more and more expensive - even more expensive than a boba or Frappuccino from Starbucks. read more

The customer service is fine, but not the greatest or friendliest. I'll stop by this location if I am in the area. However, I would prefer to go to the Trinity Parkway location. I visited this location at 8:40 PM expecting service until 9:00 PM as advertised. Despite being technically "open," I was denied service for fresh orange juice, as the staff (young Asian lady and young Mexican lady with tattoo on her neck) had begun "cleanup" and didn't want to have to clean the machine again. When I questioned this, they ignored me and walked away. It's unfair to advertise hours until 9:00 PM but stop serving earlier without notice. I've ordered this bowl a few times since it came out. Today for some reason they were having problems with the blender and I saw them going back-and-forth making it. I have been to the Lincoln Center location twice and service wise was less than anticipated. Staff should be taught how to redeem the coupons. First I received the birthday free small smoothie, good for a week I believe. I used it the next day and it didn't show up in the app. The cashier said that it was probably expired. But It wasn't. No one could figure it out so they bypassed it somehow. That's nice but someone needs to know the correct way for any future issues. My second visit I was using the bogo fundraiser from my grandsons school for the current school year. I doesn't even show up but I only used it once. I was given a punch card because no one knew how to retrieve the remaining bogo's. It's nice to be accommodated but it's better to teach all your employees how to process the specials in the app. read more

I love Jamba Juice, but this location made us second guess the capabilities of the workers or lack of training at this store. We visited this store today (Easter Sunday) and purchased three of the reusable cups for our orders to be placed in. Clearly, the label states to rinse cup with warm water and soap before use (shown in picture). That definitely was NOT done. Then, seems that the worker poured all of our juices in the cups with the care label still in it. The only reason I dumped my drink out was because my daughter started to choke on something while drinking her juice from the cup. She was choking on the paper that shredded up in her juice! Of course, we checked the other two drinks and sure enough, the labels were in our juices. Thank goodness the two labels didn't shred up in the juice with the possibility of us drinking it as well. Came in the other day after class to grab a watermelon breeze smoothie. Everything was normal, good customer service and fast smoothie preparation. Got my smoothie quickly and left right after. While I was walking to my car I tasted my drink and went "wow, this tastes like alcohol" aka like it was FERMENTED. I didn't think much of it at first, as I thought I was probably being picky so I left. But while I was continuing to drink it, the flavor continued to taste like it was rotten. I was confirmed of my belief when I left my drink in my room for probably an hour to do errands (jamba smoothies can a 1-2 hours in room temperature, if you're ok with that) and it stunk up my entire bedroom. Went there on Saturday October 17,2015 at about 7:30. We entered the store and the wonder smell of oranges hits you. Normally we are greeted with a "hello welcome" but that day we were greeted with a very unhappy employee. I was surprised at the poor service we received from Cindy. She did not smile once and looked very unhappy to be helping us. Got a shot of ginger with lemon. It was terrible with the cayenne sprinkled on top. It was too much for the shot. Won't try that again. My chile mango smoothie was over powered with cayenne pepper. The first time I had this drink it was not as overpowering. Seems there needs to be a set measurement for the peppers in the drink. I couldn't drink it it was so strong and couldn't return as I was almost home when I tried my drink. (07/15/16) I don't frequent Jamba Juice much but everything I've tried I've liked. Mango-A-Go-Go will always be my fave and it's pretty good as a "light" version too. Today I did tried one of their protein shakes, which every Small size has 28g of protein. I opted for a large (34g protein) Cookies N Creme which has milk, ice, creme filled chocolate cookies aka Oreos, frozen bananas, and whey protein. I thought it was pretty good but if you've never had a whey protein shake in general you probably won't like it. The service has always been good for me at all the Jamba locations I've been to.
