Heading home from a long road trip and wanted something refreshing to drink. I "broke code" and didn't order my usual mega mango add banana smoothie. I absolutely love watermelon and decided to try the watermelon skies. I struck gold...absolutely delicious! Tropical, cold, creamy, multilayered, all the things! My smoothie maestro Xavier hadn't tried the watermelon skies yet. Before I left the store I took a couple sips, flagged down Xavier and told him 10's across the board. Had some challenges with my app not working and Maria was nice enough to ask if I needed anything else. read more

Delicious smoothies and great location!!! Nothing beats an Aloha Pineapple especially during this heat wave! Kiosk friendly. There were several workers but very minimal cleaning done. The floor had several of the straw wrappers along with some other trash. My best recommendation is placing the trash closer to where people pick up their drinks. read more

A woman named Evey was SO thoughtful about my allergies! Made my day and made me want to come back to Jamba Juice more!

Saturday morning 4/17/26 830 am. Lady worker was alone and was at the back. Came out looking like she did not want to be there. No friendly smile, no greetings. As a service worker, do not come to work when you are having a bad day. Ordered the 2 for $6.50 empanada and a waffle. Empanadas were fist size but the filling was good. Waffle was ok. Find the price steep for size of portions. No other customers in the store. read more

Bought a strawberry smoothie from here and let me tell you IT TASTED LIKE ABSOLUTE SHIT I don't know if they don't clean the machines or what but it did not taste good at all it was like a taste of mildew strawberries, unclean machinery and chemicals. For the price of 10 dollars it's a no for me and I don't recommend the strawberry smoothie maybe I will try a different flavor next time but this is a fat NO!. read more

What a difference from the last time I stopped into Jamba Juice. Super friendly staff, helped me with my order and what I'd like or have tried before. Totally would go here again. Love the razzmatazz with soy protein boost. read more

They were extremely busy when I visited so I anticipated a wait to get our drinks. Took about 20 minutes to get our drinks. Cashier was friendly and knowledgeable and efficient. Two young men and a different young lady we're working the are making drinks. The young lady appeared to be new and was standing around watching the young man making the drinks. The other young man happened to be going on break right after we placed our order. Drink was a special concoction that my daughter found the recipe for on instagram. The cashier was careful to put the drink order in correctly and the young man who made the drink made it perfectly. The drink was absolutely delicious! Cost ten bucks and some change for a large. We shared it and drank the whole cup! Delicious! The bathroom was not clean and I was reluctant to use it. Parking was difficult to find we had to park several stores away. It is a shopping center with multiple stores all in one large lot. I would definitely go again but I'm taking away a star for the parking, dirty bathroom, and wait time to get our drink that was about double what I find acceptable. read more

This Jamba Juice location is in the Lincoln Center. This is a busy plaza, so parking may be hit or miss. Even with a lot of employees working, it still took awhile to get service / for someone to take my order and my drink also took awhile to come out as well. I ordered my favorite and go to drink here - their Strawberries Wild. It has a juice blend of apple / pear / strawberry, bananas, and strawberries with fat free vanilla frozen yogurt in it as well to make the smoothie creamier and sweeter. Overall, I like my drink and it was good, but it gets more and more expensive - even more expensive than a boba or Frappuccino from Starbucks. read more

This Jamba Juice location is average. Since it's in Lincoln Center, it tends to be a bit busier. The smoothies here are always a hit-or-miss. The customer service is fine, but not the greatest or friendliest. I'll stop by this location if I am in the area. However, I would prefer to go to the Trinity Parkway location. I usually never experience any issues over there. read more

Just wanted to share another yummy secret menu drink that I tried. I usually go for Pacific Passion or White gummy, bit this was also really fruity and yummy! This one is called "Dirty Orgasm". The most awkward drink name ever, but luckily didn't have to say the name haha. I only showed the cashier the name of the drink. I did mark down one star because the drink had chunks of ice in it haha weren't fully blended. Here's what's in the drink! 12 oz. Peach Juice 1 Scoop Pineapple Sherbet 1 Scoop Orange Sherbet 2 Scoops of Peaches 1 Scoop of Strawberries read more

The smoothies are v consistently good and flavorful. It always looks clean and welcoming.

This was my first time at this Jamba Juice. I really appreciate it how attentive they were to my order. I had some add-ons that I did for online pick up. I ended up getting a phone call from a young lady at the store to make sure my order was correct, I really appreciate that and it makes a difference for customer service. I would definitely recommend going to the store on top of the yummy açai bowl I had. read more

Really Jamba? You don't know the difference between a banana and a plantain?! I assume they ran out and sent someone who was too imbecilic to know the difference between a banana and a plantain. I bought 4, $40 bucks worth of Açaí bowls with plantains. If you don't know, a plantain isn't a banana, even though they look the same. A plantain is tough and needs to be boiled to soften. To top it off, they won't answer the phone. Disappointed Jamba. read more

Very dirty bad service never going back to the place it has garbage every where like they never broom

They no longer serve kid size drinks. Tried to charge me $9 for a small and they filled the cup 75% full. Asked for them to fill it up and lady who was rude, throws cup back into blender. I said thank you and no response. Where's the customer service here!? read more

I visited this location at 8:40 PM expecting service until 9:00 PM as advertised. Despite being technically "open," I was denied service for fresh orange juice, as the staff (young Asian lady and young Mexican lady with tattoo on her neck) had begun "cleanup" and didn't want to have to clean the machine again. When I questioned this, they ignored me and walked away. It's unfair to advertise hours until 9:00 PM but stop serving earlier without notice. Transparency and customer service need a lot of improvement. read more

I've ordered this bowl a few times since it came out. Today for some reason they were having problems with the blender and I saw them going back-and-forth making it. When I finally got my Vanilla Blue Sky Bowl it's was completely watered down, I was already frustrated waiting for over 10 minutes for my bowl and now that I had to rush back to work I have to wait till dinner time to eat something. Please everyone don't except your bowl light blue because it's watered down with ice. read more

I have been to the Lincoln Center location twice and service wise was less than anticipated. Staff should be taught how to redeem the coupons. First I received the birthday free small smoothie, good for a week I believe. I used it the next day and it didn't show up in the app. The cashier said that it was probably expired. But It wasn't. No one could figure it out so they bypassed it somehow. That's nice but someone needs to know the correct way for any future issues. My second visit I was using the bogo fundraiser from my grandsons school for the current school year. I doesn't even show up but I only used it once. I was given a punch card because no one knew how to retrieve the remaining bogo's. It's nice to be accommodated but it's better to teach all your employees how to process the specials in the app. read more

The service here was beyond terrible. The team members who served my son were very kind but the manager was horrible. Her name is Daisy. She was extremely rude and condescending towards my child when they entered the store without me. I'll be returning but with much lower expectations. read more

I love Jamba Juice, but this location made us second guess the capabilities of the workers or lack of training at this store. We visited this store today (Easter Sunday) and purchased three of the reusable cups for our orders to be placed in. Clearly, the label states to rinse cup with warm water and soap before use (shown in picture). That definitely was NOT done. Then, seems that the worker poured all of our juices in the cups with the care label still in it. The only reason I dumped my drink out was because my daughter started to choke on something while drinking her juice from the cup. She was choking on the paper that shredded up in her juice! Of course, we checked the other two drinks and sure enough, the labels were in our juices. Thank goodness the two labels didn't shred up in the juice with the possibility of us drinking it as well. Jamba Juice at Lincoln Center, please provide some training on quality control so this doesn't happen to anyone else...or have a worse outcome resulting in something more serious. read more

Ordered a smoothie bowl online 2 different times and both times I had to wait for over 40 min to even get it. Ordered them to have picked up at a later time so I can pick it up for my lunch from work and waited 40 min (making me late back to work) and when someone finally noticed me at the "mobile pick up line" and they gave me my smoothie bowl everything was completely melted and dripping out the sides.couldn't even eat it.so annoyed. read more

There are places in Stockton that I just LOVE going to and this is one of them. Yes, I know it is a national chain but I just can not help myself. The location for this Jamba Juice is awesome...located at Lincoln Center in the heart of Stockton it is central to just about everything. I have always had positive experiences when getting my fruit smoothies here even when I want really random concoctions. Went there on Saturday October 17,2015 at about 7:30. We entered the store and the wonder smell of oranges hits you. Normally we are greeted with a "hello welcome" but that day we were greeted with a very unhappy employee. I was surprised at the poor service we received from Cindy. She did not smile once and looked very unhappy to be helping us. Got a shot of ginger with lemon. It was terrible with the cayenne sprinkled on top. It was too much for the shot. Won't try that again. My chile mango smoothie was over powered with cayenne pepper. The first time I had this drink it was not as overpowering. Seems there needs to be a set measurement for the peppers in the drink. I couldn't drink it it was so strong and couldn't return as I was almost home when I tried my drink. My normally good experience started off wrong as soon as we approached Cindy and it just went down hill from there. read more

Came in the other day after class to grab a watermelon breeze smoothie. Everything was normal, good customer service and fast smoothie preparation. Got my smoothie quickly and left right after. While I was walking to my car I tasted my drink and went "wow, this tastes like alcohol" aka like it was FERMENTED. I didn't think much of it at first, as I thought I was probably being picky so I left. But while I was continuing to drink it, the flavor continued to taste like it was rotten. I was confirmed of my belief when I left my drink in my room for probably an hour to do errands (jamba smoothies can a 1-2 hours in room temperature, if you're ok with that) and it stunk up my entire bedroom. As if I left rotten milk lying around. I give them 2 stars because of their customer service, the cashier was nice and smoothies came out quick. But I don't know what had happened for my smoothie to come out tasting that way. I really hope they used fresh ingredients read more

(07/15/16) I don't frequent Jamba Juice much but everything I've tried I've liked. Mango-A-Go-Go will always be my fave and it's pretty good as a "light" version too. Today I did tried one of their protein shakes, which every Small size has 28g of protein. I opted for a large (34g protein) Cookies N Creme which has milk, ice, creme filled chocolate cookies aka Oreos, frozen bananas, and whey protein. I thought it was pretty good but if you've never had a whey protein shake in general you probably won't like it. The service has always been good for me at all the Jamba locations I've been to. Also if you sign up for their mobile app you get $3 off your order. read more
