Staff here is great. I usually order one of their acai bowls. However on my last visit, I noticed that the portion size in the bowl was smaller than usual. There was less fruit, and more granola this time. The acai was also unusually runny and watery. For $8.50 a bowl, i'll stick to their smoothies from now on, or get an acai bowl at Costco from the food court ($5 at Costco food court). I can't get enough of this place. I probably could survive a day on smoothies alone, but everytime I order something I just have that feeling of turning in my man card. How can I be a tough guy ordering smoothies named Mango-a-go-go, Berry Fulfilling, Five Fruit Frenzy, and Chill-icious Chai? I usually get The Coldbuster, Peenya Kowlada, and Matcha Green Tea Blast. Mmmm... Mega Mango! I don't think I've ever had a bad drink from Jamba Juice, so I don't have any negative feedback to help balance my positive feedback (I try to consider everything and always be fair with my written comments). This location has a great team who move fast and try hard to help you be on your way rather than standing around in a crowd waiting to be called to get your drink. They do get pretty busy at different times, especially on those hot Stockton weekends when everyone needs to cool off. I prefer the 'All Fruit' drinks over those with milk, yogurt, sherbert, etc. I'm also a big fan of anything with pineapple or mango, so the Mega Mango is my go-to drink (in fact, I have one in front of me as I type this review). I told the guy who approached me that those need to be tossed and then I told the girl who took my order that the baked goods need to be tossed. Went here to buy juice. There's only two customers. The one in front of me & myself. After a few minutes, while waiting for my order, customers are coming in. I was frustrated because those customers that came after me are the ones being served and got their orders first and I was left all by myself waiting for my juice. I'm from Alameda, so there's a huge Jamba Juice there with a freezer of food, the fro yo and a big menu. (and the friendly staff that I know so well) Coming here was a bit of a let down since they didn't have any of the to-go items like wraps, sandwiches. The menu is small! They don't have the fro-yo! (most places don't actually, but it's Stockton, it's hot.) The brightside is that this Jamba is one of the cheapest Jamba Juices in probably NorCal. (Prices do vary by location. Mango A Go Go Caribbean Passion Berry Lime Sublime My consistency choice is to have it extra thick so the drink isnt so runny and you dont really taste the ice. Perfect for a summer afternoon! :] They had "happy hour" which means that if you paid for an original, they would upgrade you to a power size. I resisted and just had the sixteen size. The first time I went to Jamba Juice I liked their drink and I used to order their Berry Lime Sublime. I know that it's not on their menu in the last 7 years or so but that used to be an all time favorite for me. The only bad thing is that they had a lot of small seeds from the strawberries every time I drink it but hey, I still like to drink that every now and then. But an all time favorite that I always order is Strawberries wild. There was a time where I ordered my usual drink it didn't taste right because strawberries weren't in season and it was in the winter time too. This store gets pretty busy especially if it's located in Lincoln Center where there's a good crowd during peak hours of the day so pick a good time to go and get a good smoothie. Quality of their smoothies are good but not every one of them. Recently, I decided to try their new smoothie which was Mojo Mocha and it was horrible. Coffee and smoothie is a bad combination and there's not a lot of coffee taste either. I think you should spend your money on a power size smoothie and get your money's worth on the drink but if you're someone who can't drink it all then sixteen or an original would suffice. Their service varies from time to time and I don't see a lot of these young kids with a good customer service attitude. It makes me feel like they lack this skill and it gives me a sense of they don't want to be there at all. This always happen from time to time when I go and get my drink there. I'm starting to lose faith in this store and I wish that this doesn't happen all the time. I used to love this place. I think they hired on a whole new crew. They were not friendly. They were rude and just not welcoming at all. I asked for the green gummy and I had the recipe and everything and the guy goes " UH we don't do that" with a rude voice, I mean I could have been super rude to him back but I think he was on his period, I've been there for years and I would give them a recipe online and they would do it no questions asked. Any who had the starburst it was okay. My friend suggested it I should have stuck with my usual pomegranate pick me up. This is the worst Jamba we have ever visited, and we go to JJ a lot! The service is horribly slow, even when there are minimal customers. They are often more concerned about taking breaks than doing their job, and are obnoxiously oblivious and indifferent about their positions.
