greatest culture shock when coming to stockton was how cheap the froyo was! u can't beat $0.65 an oz vs the $0.87 back at home. came saturday at 4pm. semi busy, small line. abt 2 indoor seating tables. not all flavor dispensers were fully stocked. the store was up to date with new flavors. there was a laufy swirl and a new red velvet flavor. froyo was thick and not watery. all toppings were restocked fully but the stand was not cleaned up well. there were almonds in the reese's pieces bin and spills here and there. my cinnamon toast crunch topping was semi stale. overall, i will come back here still for the cheaper price per ounce. this location just needs better management and cleanliness, the small things. read more

I talked off with fresh coconut flakes and dark chocolate Ghirardelli syrup. The combination was amazing and I definitely recommend that you try it. Yogurtland has the best customer service with the most variety of flavors in our town. They also have the most toppings. This business is following all of the COVID-19 guidelines so you can enjoy your yogurt and know that you're still safe. For my order specifically, I got half and half milk tea and mango for around $5. In terms of the flavor, the mango tasted more like a tart mango, rather than a sweet one. This was not necessarily a bad thing, but it did surprise me. The milk tea flavor was pretty good, so there were no complaints there. The line got so backed up because there's a glass wall surrounding where the yogurts are, and getting around people is impossible. So, waiting your turn in tasting and choosing takes forever. You can't really go wrong with Yogurtland, it was pretty good. We first arrive there wasn't much of a line so we were able to get a sample cups and try the new flavor said they had. Overall the new flavors are pretty good and we were able to get large cups filled up. Pricing is very affordable. read more

4.5/5 Woah there! This location actually has the Cookie dividers I have been hunting the entire bay area for over the last year! For that alone they get themselves an extra star. The day I visited I didn't want to consume extra empty calories in this genius invention but I couldn't NOT get one, they are located next to the cups and are charged based on weight. Simpy pop it in your cup and go about making your Yogurt creation as normal. The store is very clean with the usual 8 machines dispensing 16 flavors and the toppings bar extremely well stocked with all of the usual Fruits, Nuts, Cookies, Boba and whatnot. The staff are very generous with the sample cups offering them as soon as I entered the door and gave me not 2 like the usual Yogurtland locations but 4. Score! I hate being limited to trying only 2 flavors especially when they release the seasonal ones. As for the Yogurt itself, it's great. I would give them a zero but Yelp won't allow it. Don't go here. They are ripping of their customers. Your debit card will be charged for transactions you never made. On 9/19/2019, people all over Stockton began getting charges on their bank account for purchases they didn't make and had to cancel their debit cards. When people called to ask what was happening, they said that something was wrong with their credit card system. If you had made a purchase there in the past year you were being charged. My wife received two charges of twelve dollars within ten minutes of each other. So we she placed a claim against the amount and had to go into Wells Fargo to get a temporary card. While there I had a feeling I should double check my account. I had checked it originally when my wife had caught the suspicious activity on her account and found nothing. Two days later while at the bank, I see a charge of nine dollars on my account. Now I had to put a claim on my account and get a temporary card too. Next to us was a lady who was doing the same thing for the same reason. The Wells Fargo employee explained he was all out of temporary cards and had to go get more because of how many people had to cancel their cards due to the Yogurtland scam. Now we have temporary cards and have to wait seven business days for our real cards to show up. Don't buy from here again. They have crooks working here, trying to blame it on pos systems. That's bull. I use to work with pos systems. They don't store credit card numbers for an entire year to begin with. Secondly, they don't just pick a random day and start charging people for no reason. The Wells Fargo guy explained one person was charged up to a hundred dollars over six transactions. My family and I go here all the time. The workers are never friendly but the yogurt is good when they have it in stock. I understand that the people working there are always really young but it's pretty awkward when I smile and say hi, or ask how their day is and they just stare with a blank expression amd don't respond Lmao. This place is my new go to. All the machines we going so flavor selection was great. The topping bar was clean organized and had lots of options. As soon as my family and I were on our way out someone promptly came and wiped down the area assuring it was clean for the next customers. Granted, it was not busy when we were there but there was more than one employee so I imagine the could handle the traffic should it pick up. The employees were friendly and the facility was clean.
