Ordered a grande flat white 3 chai and non-dairy sweet cream. A hot chocolate 3 vanilla and 2 bagels. When I arrived to the window I had to wait for my drinks! They did not put in the chia or sweet cream! Why do these employees read the order! Terrible! I am calling to get a replacement! read more

I come here at least once a week on my lunch and EVERY SINGLE TIME they get my order wrong. What's the point of charging extra for shots, caramel and caramel crunches to not get either of them. It's pointless to even mention it to the staff because they will blatantly lie that all was added. Today I clearly asked for the extra caramel NOT be lined in the cup but placed right at the bottom. Paid extra and didn't get but a small drizzle on the cup lining. When I pointed it out to the cashier she responded that they were low on caramel. Why charge me then and not follow specific instructions. So annoying. I wish I had posted a review for each of their other times. This place just doesn't care! I'll go out of my way to get better service. I will never return to this trashy place. I'm sometimes not even sure if I am receiving oat milk as requested. These people should find another job. Jess was amazing! She is the best barista in town. I had a bad day after work and she literally cheered me up. Serve my drinks and dessert to perfection! The place was extremely clean. The service was fast even though they were backed up with the service window. The service was so fast, I usually don't swing by any Starbucks thinking that it would take forever. Good location for a stop to pick up a cool drink in this summer heat. The AC is working well, so a nice respite overall. Friendly staff. Busy drive-thru and customers enjoying the indoor seating. Love that shady, ample seating on the patio that isn't close to a lot of traffic in/out other than the drive-thru exit. Peaceful place. read more

Line was so long for drive thru I decided to Come in wish I hadn't cause I've never seen such a dirty Starbucks floor, counters, napkin holders , pick up mats, pick up glass mirrors. Even the front doors glass was filthy. I was even upset that the person that ordered his drinks after me got his drinks before mine only cause he knew the workers it took over 10 mins to get my drink and I still had to ask where my drink was. I have been going to this Starbucks over a year when I first started going there. I was in a major depression due to effects of cancer. I came out of that depression and was a much more positive person. I have brought donuts to this location for the barista's I have brought them nails from the company that I sell from. I have brought them little gadgets and pins everything you can think of and mostly I've had good service More recently while dealing with trauma from a trip to Hawaii. I was there and I had an awful experience with a shift supervisor she was the most negative person and instead of ordering through her I ordered through the app I was able to purchase some items that day which prior I was unable to due to fraud done against me. There was also an unhoused man who was in the restroom for a while, which was totally fine after he came out. I asked him if he would like a breakfast sandwich and a coffee, which he said yes to he was a very nice young guy Shortly after a police officer showed up and I made comment about good morning they also said oh he has left. I said yeah he left after I got him some food and a coffee and the officer replied now why would you do that and I said well everybody deserves a little compassion and I let him know of my experience With being assaulted in Hawaii as well as my incident with the police officer over there and I was told that I must've done something to deserve it after that I continued speaking with other patrons as well as working, just like many other people around me. Another officer came out, smiled at him. He smiled at me, and then he came up and told me That he understands that I have bought items there, but that they would like me to leave the premise I did nothing wrong and I spent quite a bit of money that day again why they decided to act this way I have no idea, especially since I had applied to work at this location and had a great rapport with many people that worked there as well as many people that I would see on an almost daily basis when I went there on the regular, I have made complaints to their customer service due to the fact that I am disabled, and I feel like I was targeted for no reason I have been dealing with fraud and issues with an ex friend that causes me a lot of stress and I believe that that might have had something to do with it with her making a phone call. I again have no idea. I am going to be pursuing a case against this location as well as the location on West Lane because they seem to have a problem as well I do not take kindly to being treated like crap and if anybody else wants to reach out with more information about your experiences, please let me know. Saturday Jan 10 2026 5:45 am. Placed a mobile order for a Hot Tea, cake pop and egg bites. Arrived about 15 minutes afterwards, not only was their no line, their was only one customer inside so I expected my order to be ready; nope! Instead I waited an additional 15 minutes at the window and no one even acknowledged me. Three workers and they couldn't have a cup of water with a tea bag and the two simple food items I ordered ready when I arrived?. What exactly were they doing? Idk but they were not doing what they were supposed to!!! As I'm waiting for my cup of tea a long line formed behind me and all the workers were doing was standing around talking!!! This location need to get their act together and prioritize the customers but it seems like they would rather entertain eachother!!! I will never go back there again!!!!! My friends and I ordered four iced water and manager and employee told us no rudely, in their words "No, we don't do that". They made an exception but the entire time they were rude and even made us roll the back window just to check if there's four people. I honestly wouldn't have MIND this ridiculous situation if they were just nicer about the situation, but both employee and manager was rude. At the drive through the manager didn't ask if there's four people, just assumed there's two and that makes me think they're accusing us of lying? I've been to other starbucks where there wasn't this silly policy implied and EVEN if it was, the customer service is never this rude Also the water was terrible quality, how do you mess up water? It tasted like bath water and most of the ice was melted right when we recieved our drinks. Absolutely appalled by the unprofessionalism and ego at this location. I came through the drive-thru intending to order drinks for my friends and a simple cold foam for myself -- something I've never had an issue ordering on its own at any other Starbucks. But apparently at this location, that's a problem? From the very beginning, the barista, Jamal, gave me unnecessary attitude. I was polite and clear, yet instead of the cold foam I asked for, he offered me (I think?) a shot of espresso -- definitely not what I ordered. Still, I stayed calm and tried to go with the flow. Then things got absurd at the window. The manager, Hayden, hands me only two cups of ice water when I had clearly asked for four -- one for each of my friends. I handed the first two waters to the people in my back seat, and as I politely waited for the remaining two, Hayden looks at me and says, "Well, I only see two people." Excuse me? Where do you think the other two cups went -- up my ass? It's just water. The pettiness was unreal. Then, as if this couldn't get more absurd, she actually asked to check my back seat. For ice water. I cannot make this up. I didn't raise my voice or cause a scene, but the behavior was so out of line it honestly deserves to be called out. Management needs a serious ego check and some basic retraining in what customer service is supposed to look like. I've visited dozens of Starbucks locations across the country and have never been treated like this. So instead of crashing out at a Starbucks drive through about water I'm writing this review. The breakfast items and bakery goods are better than the snack & lunch items. But I really like the grilled cheese sandwiches. When served warmed, I love the crunch of the sourdough bread. Went I ask for lite ice its usually 50-75% of ice. Went I ask for an extra shot. Can't taste it. I pay an extra $1 for a reason . Went I ask for a certain sauce with 3 pump it tastte like they put way more. Went I come here they are also super rude. I spend a lot of money on Starbucks over the past 10 years. $7-8 for a drink . So the staff was gracious, my drink was good but the music was loud and terrible. It was so loud I went outside to work and it was blasting out there as well. A colleague I was with went inside to request the music be turned down but it was not. It was bizarre because it was rap music and that didn't seem like Starbucks holiday music. I've had nothing but good experiences at this Starbucks, especially compared to the others in North Stockton. I usually use the app to order ahead of time. Although the app says to allow 8-10 minutes, I receive my order within 3 minutes or less. The whole crew are awesome. I usually go between 13:00 and 16:00 before I head to work in Manteca. One time their system didn't get my order from the app but they apologized and got my order within a couple minutes. The baristas really make you feel special. They go out of their way to remember your name and speak to you on a down-to-Earth respectful manner. It's very common to see a long line here, but they'll get it cleared in a reasonable amount of time. Bottom line, this is my favorite Starbucks! read more

I brought my mom in for her first time. Ordering went smooth, and the R1 was respectful. On the other hand, the barista that made my drink insulted me when I picked up my drink from the counter. He said my name, and I acknowledged his call by saying, "Right on, Thank you." But in between the pause after I said, Right on, He said, "You're Welcome!" in a rude voice as if to say I am not the person who appreciates someone else making him a coffee. I do not know why Starbucks people constantly try to find the most insulting way to attack my inner character, but I am saved by the blood of Jesus, so his error did not affect my self-esteem or day because I know Vengeance belongs to the Lord, and I don't have to worry about explaining to the poor guy that he needs to give customers a second to say thank you before blurting out You are Welcome. The lesson is, wait for the customer to say thank you before you say, "You are welcome," or else you sound like a condescending asshole. Thanks. Respect is key when delivering professional coffee service, and I can't expect too much with an American education system that does not teach respect, so it's alright.
