The service here was horrible! I walked in and right off the bat one of the employees gave me a dirty look and was told by the other employee if they could take my order and she looks at me and tells the guy who asked her to take my order that she was done for the day and left. I understand if her shift was over but she was really rude and the guy was as well as he walks up to the register stares at me without saying anything and I say "hello?" He had AirPods on and didn't hear or acknowledge me and then says "what do you want" ... should have walked out but they were definitely mentally checked out. Service was horrible ordered a matcha with cloud whip 5-7min of them running around and not making my drink I was the only customer in there. After running around they tell me they don't know how to make the cloud whip so I say that's fine I'll just take a refund because I am not paying for something you don't know how to make. We came to the location at around noon. My husband ordered a drink and I ordered a bowl. A drink was set on the counter and no name was called. He thought it was his so he grabbed it, later we realized it wasn't his. I got the drink and went to the front and apologized to an older lady with a cap. There were 2 teens working and one older lady. I had told her he had accidentally got the wrong drink. She proceeds to say "Well why would you grab a drink that isn't yours" she had raised her voice and started an altercation in front of everyone. She started rolling her eyes and making comments. I have found so many of these weird bead things in my strawberry surf rider today . I've ordered many drinks from this location and have never had this issues before. I went in at 5pm today 5/18/24, workers were very slow and they seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. they gave drinks to people who ordered after other people, like focus on the drinks they were purchased first?? I've never been in a Jamba Juice for so long and there were barely any people. This is very disappointing that I found this in my drink, it's hard and definitely not part of a fruit. I've been to this Jamba Juice many times since it is so close to my house. While they are generally very good I think the staff has some trouble with consistency. Sometimes my smoothies are chunky or icey and I have to ask for a new one. Beyond a few occasional issues I've generally been very happy with his Jamba location. One of my favorite treats is to get a Jamba Juice and then head across the way to Einsteins for a bagel. Thats what I call a delicious combination. read more

Yup. It's definitely a Jamba. And while I'm usually jazzed about Jamba, this one felt a little more average. I don't suppose I can blame them for the company they keep, but this little strip mall is a hurtin'. From the giant, painfully empty FYE (someone should REALLY tell those guys about the internet) to the weird haunted house/mystery theater/I dunno what that thing is/seriously, this little section isn't tops on my visit list. But for the juice itself, it's always been consistent. However, for the first time in my Jambalife, I was disappointed. Dunno what happened, but the drink was watery, and lacked that punch. I usually get a good tart drink (Caribbean something or other?) and not only did it lack the flavor that I wanted, it was also a much more runny consistency than I've ever had. I asked my companion, and he said his was that way too. Off night? Perhaps. I certainly won't write them off, but I'm still puzzled about what happened. Follow the formula, mix the smoothie, and that should be that. That's the foundation that Jamba is founded on. It just didn't work this time. read more

I'm so disappointed with this location. I come to Jamba Juice pretty frequently for my Acai Super Antioxidant smoothie. I ordered my usual and had it delivered to my house. It shows up 20 minutes later and it's only filled up about 3/4 of the way, it's brown and liquified, like the consistency of water. (It's usually a rich purple color.) I called to complain and ask for a refund and the manager refused. I'll continue to go to Jamba Juice as I love their smoothies but needless to say I won't be using this location ever again. I hope in the future they get new management and train their employees better. The smoothie I received should have never left their store. read more

I had to call in an order of 14 today. The girl I talked to was very nice. When I asked for a total she said she would ring it all up and then call me right back. It took about 30 seconds. I got there 10 minutes later and they were just finishing up my last two drinks. The staff was all very friendly. The place wasn't too busy which was nice. The girl I talked to on the found found me a holder to carry all 14 of my drinks in which I appreciated very much because I only have two arms. :) They were unbelievably great and all the drinks were good. read more

I'm so disappointed I always go to Jamba Juice and get a peanut butter mood no bananas sub coconut, every single time. At every location I go to only half the time do they not mess it up. The other half it either tastes nothing like peanut butter or it has bananas in it! It literally makes me so sad and it kinda ruins my day because I wait all day to have my jamba and then they mess it up :/ I told myself next time they mess it up I'm gonna put a review. So I ordered the same thing in a small and they filled it only 3/4 the way and it tasted like oranges/mangos like they blended one smoothie and then didn't wash the blender and blended mine and it was also white colored. Another star gone. It looks like they purposefully are using less ingredients to cheat us. My "smoothie" using the term loosely, was basically juice with some pulp.
