We stopped here last time we were at the Galleria. I usually go for the Green Tea Jamba at my location near home. I was feeling it again when we stopped by here for some drinks on a hot sunny day in the valley. I also like the Red Starwberry Surfer flavor. Great Jamba location and friendly Baristas. I used to make an expensive habit of having Jamba Juice here three times or more every week when I lived in the area. I recently visited this store and was disappointed with the quality of my drink, the service, and the cleanliness of the store itself. Maybe it's age; this store is probably close to twenty years old, or the new owners that bought the Jamba Juice chain a couple of years ago. However, mostly, it's the training of employees that appear to have brought this particular store down. It always seems to be the case when a thriving chain is purchased. The new owners seem to allow the all-mighty dollar to dictate the quality of service (employees) after their investment. I would have rated this store 5-stars when I lived here, now the best I can do is three. The drinks or still reasonably good but too expensive, but who wants to deal with unpleasant staff, dirty floors, and inadequate parking? read more

I haven't been to this Jamba in a long time, but every time I'm in this area I do make an effort to stop by to get my usual Mango-a-go-go (with no sherbet). The staff here is always quick to greet me and quick at making my smoothie. Parking in front of the store can be a challenge, but the lot is huge here, so you will never have problems finding parking. You might just need to park a little further away from the store. No biggie! This store is pretty big and very clean. I've recently seen less products stocked along the front side of the counter. Not sure if this is related to the pandemic, but it makes the store feel empty. Nonetheless, this doesn't take away at how well and hard the employees do their jobs. This is the second time I went to this Jamba Juice. The first time I ordered a Bold and Cold brew and it took the employee about 15 minutes to make it. They were chatting and laughing while we were waiting. They seemed confused on how to make it. When we finally got it, it tasted terrible! Like coffee that had been sitting for hours. Disgusting! Then yesterday I went to get a Pumpkin Smash-plant based and again the employees were chatting and one of them spent 10 minutes trying to open the pumpkin ice cream. After 15 minutes and everyone who came in after me getting their smoothie before me, I finally get it. As I'm about to leave the employee says "oh I didn't make that plant-based. I can make another one in like 5-seconds". I waited 15-20 minutes for this one I can't wait any longer. I left. The smoothie was sooo sweet and too much pumpkin. Avoid this Jamba Juice. read more

Air conditioning has been broken for months. Store is intolerably hot. It is inhumane for employees and inhospitable to customers. It is unpleasant to be in the store for even 5 minutes. I also wonder if the food is safe when stored in these conditions. It is amazing to me that Jamba corporate has not fixed the AC in this store. This is Los Angeles' San Fernando Valley in the summer. I love coming to this Jamba Juice! The friendly staff make the best Acai Bowls with loads of fresh berries, bananas, acai and my favorite crunchy toppings! These toppings really explode in your mouth, and you feel like you are getting healthy, delicious treat that cools ya down and makes your belly very happy! I also like to ask for "extra coconut" on top...that stuff is just devine. I love Jamba Juice, but today when I went in I had a bad experience. The girl at the counter did not greet us when we came in, did not even say one word. Then after standing there watching her draw in her book for 3 minutes I said "are you ready" and she said "yea i'm waiting on you". She then walked away without taking our money from my hands. I've been coming to this location 21915 Ventura Blv in Woodland Hills, Ca, for a long time. If I see something unfair, I will address it to Jamba management immediately. Ok, this particular location didn't have working air conditioning last summer, 2023. Now, no air conditioning has been working since January 2024. As of today, May 16th. 2024, the air conditioning DOESN'T WORK. Today, I was at this same location for about 10 minutes, waiting for my turn to order and to get my drink. It was about 80+ degrees hot inside the store. I was gasping for air. Honestly, I feel bad for those kids working in a DEPROLABEL situation in that store, trying to gasp for air to breathe. THAT'S AGAINST THE LAW! I know how you people "MANAGEMENT" intimidate those kids. Like they have no right to complain.... YES. THEY DO !! I'm a customer, I don't get scared that easy! Therefore, I'm here complaining on their behalf. I know what you are going to "suggest." LEAVE THE DOOR OPEN.... NO ! NO! NO! That's UNHEALTHY to have those kids WORKING FOR MINUMUN, making your company look good, and what are you doing for them? ..... NOTHING! Drink prices went up, and air conditioning has been broken since the summer of 2023? I bet you management is sitting very nice and comfortable in your air-conditioned office while these kids are laboring and gasping for air to breathe. NOT COOL, NOT COOL ! Had a great experience at this Jamba Juice. I believe the people helping me out were Kate and Orquidea. After having such a bad day I came here for some smoothies for my family but I didn't make it on time. They closed at 8pm and when I checked my watch it was already 8:01, and they were cleaning up. I told them I had a bad day and they said they would still let me into the store and I was able to get all the drinks I needed to order.
