They don't have enough staff it seems, There is a really LONG WAIT TIME usually it's 25-30 minute wait for a smoothie essentially if it's busy. Honestly, this place is very hit or miss--but more often miss. I've come here multiple times because I want to like it, but the smoothies are never consistent. On my most recent visit, I found a whole clove in my smoothie that wasn't blended or strained out. I ended up biting down on it, which gave me a pretty bad toothache. That's not just inconsistency, that's a quality control issue. I've also noticed that depending on who makes the drink, the texture can be completely different. Sometimes the smoothie is over-blended to the point where it's watery, almost like a juice, which is really disappointing when you're expecting a thicker consistency. They are usually quick with orders, which I appreciate, but I would much rather have a consistent, properly made drink than something rushed. I've noticed that when certain staff members make the smoothies, they come out much better and actually have the right consistency... so I know it can be done. I just wish that level of quality was consistent across the board. read more

I am not going to lie and say that I am not angry writing this review, but don't just write this off as one of those people who had a horrible experience once. Last time I ate acai bowls at this place, my bf and I both got food poisoning. We didn't eat anything else that day, but we got super sick for the next day and a half. That was almost a year ago, and because I used to like this place I decided to give it another chance today. Well what do you know the fruit on top of my bowl all looks rotten and bad, and I end up having to throw it all out because I am afraid to get food poisoning again. $30 for two bowls covered in rotten fruit. Terrible quality, terrible service, and to top it all off it's not going to be cheap. They say you get what you pay for, but in this case, you're paying for a load of garbage and bad attitudes. read more

I used to come here consecutively for years, I took a break from my usual acai fixation due to my keto diet, however I decided to come back here and I usually get an acai bowl with mango as a topping. The mango they have been using is not fresh anymore. I got rock hard frozen mango on my bowl and I thought it was because they were out of it, but even then they should let the customer know if a product is out or not? I decided to come back because again I have been a loyal customer and the second time I come, the mango is super mushy. What is going on? They clearly don't care about their product anymore. The quality changes, it's either rock hard or mushy. They don't let you know beforehand if you're getting frozen or mushy mango. I just went in there to pick up two smoothies and when I got my smoothies, they looked nothing like the photo and the girl who supposedly her name is "Emily" said that you have to pay two dollars extra for the swirl. How is that even a thing? If you're advertising ingredients to a specific smoothie, your smoothie should look like what's in the picture. They said the manager's name was Avi. And she initially told me that if I had a problem with it, I could contact the manager and when I called back, they put her on the phone as if she was the manager who knows if Emily is even a real person who works there, but I think this is extremely Misleading and they need to change this.
