First timer. Found through a quick search. I like a lot of their options. Reasonable prices of $11 for a small 20oz. Larges are 24oz. The ladies are nice, it was 3 of them and I think they were busy. Service was a little bit slow and they took some time to acknowledge guest that were waiting in line. I personally was at the order counter for a couple minutes before even being spoken too/smiled at/ or told one second. Food and beverage industry can be tough and exhausting but I think that's important. They also don't have the macros here (not their fault) but having the macros vs just the grams of protein is important. My drink was yummy and they gave me a good rec which was the "blueberry madness" This is at valley village so parking is annoying but overall a good visit read more

I've been to this location a few times to grab a shake after the gym, and while the shakes are okay, my experience during my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. My husband and I stopped by to get a protein shake, and while we were there I noticed a squirrel lying completely flat on the ground and clearly struggling in the 104-degree heat. I went to the window and asked an employee if I could have a cup of water to give the animal. I was told to "come back later." I found this response incredibly rude and was honestly disturbed by the apparent disregard for an animal that was visibly struggling in extreme heat. It also made me wonder how the situation would be handled if anyone vulnerable were outside in those conditions and simply needed a cup of water. I understand that businesses have policies and employees may have limitations on what they can provide, but I would hope that basic compassion and common sense would take priority in a situation like this. My husband and I left feeling very uncomfortable with how the situation was handled, and unfortunately, it has changed my perception of this location. read more

I really like this place! It's right next to my gym, so it's super convenient to stop by after a workout. They have a great selection of protein shakes, and everything I've tried has been really good. The staff is always nice and friendly. Honestly, this place is very hit or miss--but more often miss. I've come here multiple times because I want to like it, but the smoothies are never consistent. On my most recent visit, I found a whole clove in my smoothie that wasn't blended or strained out. I ended up biting down on it, which gave me a pretty bad toothache. That's not just inconsistency, that's a quality control issue. I've also noticed that depending on who makes the drink, the texture can be completely different. Sometimes the smoothie is over-blended to the point where it's watery, almost like a juice, which is really disappointing when you're expecting a thicker consistency. They are usually quick with orders, which I appreciate, but I would much rather have a consistent, properly made drink than something rushed. I've noticed that when certain staff members make the smoothies, they come out much better and actually have the right consistency... so I know it can be done. I just wish that level of quality was consistent across the board. read more

I am not going to lie and say that I am not angry writing this review, but don't just write this off as one of those people who had a horrible experience once. Last time I ate acai bowls at this place, my bf and I both got food poisoning. We didn't eat anything else that day, but we got super sick for the next day and a half. That was almost a year ago, and because I used to like this place I decided to give it another chance today. Well what do you know the fruit on top of my bowl all looks rotten and bad, and I end up having to throw it all out because I am afraid to get food poisoning again. $30 for two bowls covered in rotten fruit. Terrible quality, terrible service, and to top it all off it's not going to be cheap. I just went in there to pick up two smoothies and when I got my smoothies, they looked nothing like the photo and the girl who supposedly her name is "Emily" said that you have to pay two dollars extra for the swirl. How is that even a thing? If you're advertising ingredients to a specific smoothie, your smoothie should look like what's in the picture. They said the manager's name was Avi. And she initially told me that if I had a problem with it, I could contact the manager and when I called back, they put her on the phone as if she was the manager who knows if Emily is even a real person who works there, but I think this is extremely Misleading and they need to change this.
