I have been waiting for a refund for a procedure which was not completed since JAN 2026 and now it is MAY 2026. My refund issue still remains unresolved. I have called the Spring Location office over and over and have left numerous voice mails, I have tried chatting via text not one person from billing will return my calls, to try and resolve the issue. Do not under any circumstances decide to go to Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics!!!!!! I could not and would not recommend Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics to any person and especially friends or family members. While I was pulling into my appointment they called and asked to reschedule my appointment because the dentist there that day did not take my insurance. Mind you this appointment was made 6 months in advance. I rescheduled for the following week. Today I go to my appointment, mind you the first appointment of the day, after 2 hours of waiting, I approached the front desk and told them if been waiting for 2 hours and that I had a meeting to go to in an hour. She asked if I wanted to be scheduled....AGAIN. I told her I would like them to honor their appointment and she told me that they are very busy and I would either have to reschedule or deal with it. I then asked for a corporate number to which no one knew. I waited for almost 10 minutes for them to give me a nonworking number. I asked who actually ran the place and they said they didn't know and that I would have to talk to Natalie. Well Natalie wasn't there. This was all starting to make sense on why the place was falling apart. The person who supposedly runs the circus wasn't there. I would avoid this trash dump and all the incompetent people who work there.

Fortunately, Jefferson Dental Care was able to squeeze me in. Dr. Saadalla and staff did an excellent job taking care of me, even staying after hours to handle my root canal and crown. Thanks to them I didn't have to choose between cancelling my trip or traveling with tooth pain. I can't thank them enough for the care they provided!

I found this dentist and scheduled my appointment using the ZocDoc app, and the clinic uses all digital records so Dr. Ishak will likely be able to be booked through whatever app you use. Dr. Ishak was able to explain aspects of my care to me effectively and she had a more gentle touch than some dentists I have had in the past. Lastly, I was happy the clinic accepted my BlueCross/BlueShield insurance (although my insurance plan inadequately convers the services I received. Overall, I would recommend this Dentist and will definitely return. With that being said, the main negative complaint that I have is that the wait times are entirely too long! I had to come for a procedure that was split over two-days and both days there was an excessive wait time. The first day (a Friday) my appointment was at 3:30pm and I didn't get to start the procedure until 5:00pm. The second day (a Saturday) my appointment was at 1:00pm and I didn't get to start the procedure until ~3:00pm. Going forward, I know now that Saturday is worst possible day to book an appointment here. I would suggest the beginning of the week. Overall, I would definitely recommend Dr. Ishak as your dentist. The only caveat is that you will need to be mindful of long wait times.

Both these prices are super high for the market BTW. Office isn't even that nice. Then, since they overcharge for a cavity, I go to a different dentist; shop around for a better deal. This new dentist was at Gulfton Smiles 6306 Gulfton Street Suite 201. He was super sweet. They gave me a FREE dental examination and charge way less for cavity fillings, as low as $130 depending on size. Then the dentist there says there is no cavity. Wow so free exam AND I didn't even have a cavity in the first place. Plus their office is super clean and modern. This place sucks!!! Don't get anything here unless it's FULLY covered by insurance. Scammer and robbers. All other staff is amazing... dentist is suspect as heck.
