I had an appointment for today between 7-9 am but nobody came to tow my car and even they didn't give me a call. At 9:30 I reported this, I was told that they come in 9 min, but nobody came.I called again at 10:30 was on hold and talk to them for almost 15 min and my call disconnected. I called again and explain from the beginning for another insurance expert, again for 20-30 min talking and holding but disconnected again. Called them again and explained everything from the beginning for 4th insurance expert which took 33 min and finally she said my appointment is cancelled with no reason and she gave me a new appointment!!
