In case you're curious other places are 125 and that's NOT including gratuity. Anyways the clinics are so nice and cute super friendly vibe and so professional (big fan of the pink). I called back each and every time to acquiesce to their ever-increasing demands- up until the last call, which came a day before my (rescheduled, rescheduled, rescheduled) appt. I couldn't return that one in time. My mind was truly boggled at how --even after I expressed consternation that any business could be run this poorly and treat customers this badly -- the calls just kept coming. How hard is it to offer someone an appt time and stick to it? The lobby is clean, bright, and welcoming. The check in process was a breeze and they sent the paperwork ahead of time so you didn't have to show up early. I wasn't aware that they were an open concept, but everyone was separately by large heavy curtains and the noise level stayed low. They have a membership option available which saves you some money and allows you a free add on (like dermaplaning). I'm considering this option when I book my next visit.

(Appointments are not required but it was very easy to make and the process was very speedy with one). I did the $39 - 70 minute combo massage. It consisted of a face massage, neck/shoulder massage, foot/leg massage, and then a full on body massage. They had me get undressed from the waist up for the massage. The massage was absolutely incredible. They worked every area multiple times in multiple different ways. I even got a hot stone massage too which I did not know came with my package, but was absolutely phenomenal. I felt like such a V.I.P. and for $39 you cannot beat the price. As for the space, the rooms are not private like they are in high end massage parlors. It is one big room but they do separate it with curtains which is very nice as some other Foot Spa's do not. Nice, relaxing music playing throughout the massage. They even give you a little water bottle after your massage as well. All the details were wonderful. They accept cards but do charge a $1 processing fee (not a big deal to me at all, but just a heads up for others). I looked up if Chinese massage focuses on groin muscles and I guess that can be typical, but I ended up telling him to stop. It just got too personal. And then he actually reached underneath me and started on my pubic area, and I immediately told him no. And looking that up, it specifically says that is a definite violation. He didn't speak English well, so I'm not sure how much he understood about what I told him I needed, but he stopped when I told him no. Other than that, he did a decent job. But I had a hard time relaxing and I went in because I have a migraine .

Fire alarm was pulled out of the ceiling. The whole room should be for storage. Massage was inconsistent. Normally they spend equal amount of time on each side and do similar things. My masseur spent maybe half the line on my left side than she did on the right. She also used different techniques on each side, and there was no reason for it. Also, I got the CBD upgrade, but I know she didn't use it but charged me for it. They say it is controlled, so the from desk lady poured it in a cup for the massage lady to add it to the cream. When I was dressing, I saw the oil still in the cup. I didn't question it at that point because I just wanted to get out of there and had a gift card, so I wasn't going to come back anyway to use the rest of the money. Maybe their other locations are better, but don't go here.

She talked me through the steps she was doing and the mask smelled wonderful. My skin looked great afterwards and I didn't have any breakouts. She even sent me a nice thank you card as a follow up in the mail. The only small downside was I felt the facial was a little short for the price tag. My gift certificate covered my service but coming back again I would like it to be a little longer. I was a little late after finishing paperwork but my facial was a little less than 40 minutes. I told the esthetician that I have sensitive skin and to please adjust products accordingly. She told me I was wrong and didn't have sensitive skin. I should have left then but I thought once she looked at it under the light she would see I was correct. Oh how I was wrong. I even told her during the facial that my skin was a tingly and felt funny. Im kicking myself for not getting up and leaving then too. So now I'm having to schedule a dermatology appointment because my skin looks like strawberry. It is red and itchy and burns. They may do ok with skin that isn't sensitive but I don't recommend even trying it with sensitive skin. Also don't add on the additional massage. It wasn't a real massage. Pressure was light and that is being generous. It felt more like she was putting lotion on my skin. With all the places in St Louis, I would find a different place for a facial and massage.
