Very very very disappointed in the Tomball, TX store. We walked in there and had our items chosen, waited for an employee to say anything to us - anything - never a word - never a welcome, we will be right with you, etc. - nothing. Why open a store if it is more pleasurable and less time consuming for the consumer to purchase online? The displays are too high for shorter people to really see the items easily...layout sucks in comparison to the catalogue. Very disappointed. read more

Love JA and the employees here are wonderful. They work hard to get you in and out. Once they are helping you they go above and beyond. And in reference to the woman who said this store was more interested in helping "Caucasian" customers take that mess back to Chicago. We don't need race baiting here! I've seen all races in there being helped. In fact i was a bit irritated one day because some people (another race) came in and I was in front of them but they were helped first. I flew in from Chicago and a friend told me about this place. When we walked in no one even greeted us, when we started looking around, still no one approached us yet the people who were walking in after us were being approached and greeted and offered help. When we approached to ask for help we were rushed and they were not even helpful with the product or interested in helping us out. We approached two different sales persons and they both had the same attitudes towards us. It was clear that they were more interested in helping the Caucasian customers. read more

I had a great experiencing ordering a charm online for a gift with delivery to this store. I was able to coordinate having the staff place the gift on my cousins charm bracelet, and it was so easy! Even though I only dealt with this store over the phone they were so friendly and helpful and made sure that all my questions and concerns like pick up times were answered.
