After persistently asking for support, someone finally stepped in--but by then, the order had already been processed and was sent to the wrong location. To make matters worse, we're still not sure where the order actually went, and no one could give us a clear answer. We were simply trying to order business cards, and the lack of customer service and guidance made an already simple task extremely frustrating. This was one of the worst customer service experiences we've had. Would not recommend this location if you're looking for help or clear communication. Very disappointing.

The most disturbing part is that they rushed putting these together and the drawings looked like they had been put together by someone with no experience.
